Jess, the manager on Sunday morning 6/23/2019, was AMAZING! She scoured the computers for my receipt, did a fantastic job investigating to find my purchase history so that I could exchange my new summer heels that had broken (I was so sad)

Had an experience where my 7 year old daughter attempted to steal some rings, I was able to catch her before she left the store. I spoke with the manager and she was willing to talk with my daughter and made it an experience that I hope will never lead into something like this again. Thank you!

It's a nice store, I went in the other day, and talked to Jenny. I asked her if they sold tacos, but she told me they don't sell food, but she did say that they had some nice bikinis on sale.
Too bad I'm a guy.

I love rue21 the service they're especially the young man that works there he is so beyond helpful and I love their prices and their products they just need more people to work so they can get their stuff put out on the shelves but their story I love their store I recommend this store to any plus size woman or any women. What even if they don't have the clothes in the store you can order them online from their store and have them sent to their store or to your house I love their products if I could give rue21 10 Stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean store, employees were very nice, and willing to assist. Can't use dressing rooms right now because of Covid, bummer bust understandable. They're very good about returns considering.
