Loyear is great. They treated our wall/ceiling damaged by the bathroom water leak. They thoughtful and kept the baseboard trim for me so that the repair team can re-use them. The price is reasonable also. My insurance actually funded me more than what they charged and they let me keep the extra. They said they only charge what they had worked on. Hard to find a company honest and trustful like them nowadays.

They did an EXCELLENT EXCELLENT JOB!! We brought our rectangle 7’x10’ area rug to them to be made into an oval rug. They cut it to an oval and then bound the edges. Their workmanship is top-of-the-line! The price is very reasonable! Service is friendly and prompt! This is the third time we have used them for rug binding and have been extremely satisfied every time! I can’t say enough good about this company!

After a broken water main, we had 6" of water in our entire basement. Our insurance recommended another restoration company, and it was a disaster. They did not remove the water, let wet textiles in the basement and garage for months, and didn't show up to work. After we fired them, I found Loyear Restoration, and they were heaven-sent. Karin came out immediately to take a look, then the owner John also came out. They swung into action and were there with a team every day with smiles on their faces. It was a complicated job with a huge loss of personal property. They were so kind and considerate, reassuring me that everything would be cared for. I really can't say enough good things about Loyear. If you have a disaster, they are the people you want to look after you. Thank you, Karin, Elizabeth, and Dom!!

I cannot say enogh about this company. I have used Loyear cleaning for years as my go to cleaning company for clean up after construction projects, upholstery & carpet stain (rental damage) clean up after sewage back up, water damage etc. They show up on time, get the job done and go above and beyond to always assure a great customer experience. Joanne is the first point of contact and her customer service skills and years of knowledge are simply amazing. They are a local business and truly care about their customers.

We had this company come out to look at our home a few years ago when we had a water line crack after the winter freeze. They were responsive, prompt and ready to assist. We appreciate their help. The President is kind and willing to go the extra mile for all of clients to give them the best experience possible. The technician that came to my house was awesome. He was on time, very professional and did such a great job on my tile. When we built this house the contractor and his crew never came back to do any clean up. The grout was so horrible. It was embarrassing. Now the grout and tile looks beautiful. Thanks so much for making my day.

I worked with Joanne and multiple techs for 3 years. I managed the hotel at Black Bear Casino Resort, and these folks were by far the best with carpet extraction. I tried numerous services throughout the area, and not only were they affordable, but also, always available to discuss scheduling, friendly, and committed to quality of work. I would highly recommend their services to any individual seeking assistance with cleaning or restoration.

I had brought carpet in that I had had cut to use as a long hall runner to have bound by Loyear cleaning and disaster renovation services. They did an excellent job, pleasant staff and carpet was ready for pick up in less than 2 weeks. I was very pleased.

I set up an appointment for having my carpets cleaned at our lake home. They arrived on time, cleaned all our carpets and moved all furniture. The carpets look like new. When they were done, they moved everything back too.

I would like to give Loyear the highest possible rating. They educated me on the mold in my basement, gave me a fair price, then they did an excellent job in remediating the mold, and then charged me considerably less than the quote. An honest and dependable business.

We had water damage in 2 condo units and Loyear came out as soon as I called and took care of the water mitigation. They also worked with the contractors and our insurance company to get both units put back together. Very professional, calls and questions were answered promptly. So refreshing to see a company that really cares! From the advice I received from the woman answering the phone, to the super fast arrival of two professional men who did a tremendous job! We had mold in our bathroom ceiling - the tech did a great job of removing it and repainting, while masking everything off so we weren't affected. it's great to have that taken care of!!

Loyear offers a service to cut, bind and back area rugs. We were extremely happy with the rugs made for a bedroom, kitchen and dining room. The staff is very professional, attend to detail and most interested in customer satisfaction. Thank you! We know where to go to have these rugs cleaned!

We had a fire that created a lot of smoke damage in one of our rental cabins. It happened on the Saturday of Labor day week end and we were able to get ahold of them that day. They got the mess cleaned up, cleaned the walls, ceiling, curtains & drapes, furniture, beds, blankets & spreads, dishes and everything else. They got rid of the smoke smell and had it smelling and looking like new in less than a week. We had the cabin back on the rental market in less than a week with a minimal loss of rentals.
