I am the patient, my name is Janice Youngs. I had two gentlemen come out to replace my portable concentrator. They thought it was a big concentrator so that's what they brought. They managed to fix the small one and get it running again and I would really like to give them a review but I'm having trouble finding work their names are. I have their names as Shelly SHELLEY, and Tony TONY E. They were very professional kind and left me with a good feeling about your company so thank you very much. Please extend my gratitude to these two men they were wonderful. Thank you for all your help

We really appreciate the excellent team effort given to us by Ally, Rob, Misty and Kirsten at Corner Home Medical. We needed a new wheelchair quickly and they all went above and beyond to make that happen. Ally carefully and patiently selected a loaner chair, while Rob made time and repaired the existing chair and made great suggestions in improved equipment to make life easier. Kirsten attended the evaluation for the new chair and provided outstanding professional guidance. Misty followed up and made sure the paperwork was in order. Sometimes in life you just need things to run smoothly, we are very grateful to Ally, Rob Misty and Kirsten for doing just that. I would recommend you "Ask for Ally". She delivered my powerchair on time, assembled and spotless. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient as she went over every detail of operating safely, adjustments, charging, warranty,
the tool kit and even how easy I could transport it using a van.
She made sure it was set up to fit me. Hard to find people like her.

I wanted to take a minute to thank the entire team . In the past 5 days I've dealt with three truly nice and professional employees. Ron, Lissa, and Tony. All of them were courteous and efficient. Thank you. And I'm wanting management to know their value to the Company .

Shelly was very polite and knowledgeable setting up my Mother's oxygen. Explained everything thoroughly to where my Mom could understand which also made her much more comfortable in this transition. Can tell he knows his job. Thank you very much!

I got set up with a c-pap machine. Making the appointment was very easy. Wendy did my walkthrough and explained the entire process of using the cpap machine. Answered any questions I had and explained insurance/billing as well. Job well done!

I was also greeted by staff working the front desk. Tristan helped with a few separate purchases I made. Very friendly.

I forgot a vital component of my c-pap when I packed for our vacation in Duluth. Visited Corner Home Medical the next day and they got me back up and running in no time. Can't say enough good things about the folks that helped me! Fantastic!

Ally , was a a great help when she brought me my wheelchair. She was very nice and she made feel good to ask questions about the chair. Even though I didn't have any. She even took my ol ne to the dumpster

Ally was wonderful very informative, and very nice. She even figured out my phone.. lol.. I would recommend her to anyone..I was little confused about the wheelchair when it comes to pull this, tighten this, take off this, ect. she explained to me and than it clicked n I understood..lol..my daughter loves her Incredible Hulk chair.. My father needed setup of respiratory equipment in his home. Shelley Kings set up the equipment quickly. He was very knowledgeable explaining the equipment and answering all of our questions. He was able to explain everything in terms that dad understood. Shelley is an asset to your company.

Had excellent customer service on the phone. Delivery was prompt and came when scheduled. Delivery guys super nice and helpful. Lisa followed up to see how my new equipment was working for me and asked that I call with any questions. Overall, great experience.

Ordered by phone. Excellent service rep. Products were as described. Delivery option helped greatly. Luke delivered our equipment on 2 occasions and did an excellent job, was clean, polite and helpful.

Ally come out to fix my chair as soon as she could. It is always so nice to have her help. Kirsten helped guide ally along when she needed anything.
