I have had several experiences with this office working with vets in my community and have always found them to go way above and beyond expectation to get the veteran the help they need. These guys are awesome!

Great place to get help for struggling veterans. Nadine was especially proactive in helping me and referred me to a bunch of services I didn't even know about. She's a really great listener.

Receptionist is the most disrespectful human being to people who are trying to get help but have no idea what they are doing.

Hard to get service. receptionist does want to let you speak to anyone but her and says no to everything. not sure why it is so hard to see someone to talk to a service officer

If I could give a 0 rating I would! DO NOT use these people, go through Congress person instead. Receptionist does not do her job and is a horrible person, VSO's never work proactively and will not work with Veterans families! Shame on St Louis County Veteran's Office. Our veterans deserve better.
