Echo helped me today, and she is super friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me find allergy-friendly and accessible products and made sure I knew about returns and warrantees. I'll definitely be back.

The staff here was so nice and helpful with any questions I had. The dance wear here is super cute and it was even better when I found out that they had an entertainer discount. I loved the pasties they have here, this one was so funny! I also liked that I could test some of the lube without having to pay for the bottle and finding out the hard way.

Out of all the shops I've been to this one is probably the best experience I've ever had. Staff 100% know there products and when you walk in the environment and staff don't make it weird. And it's extremely clean. 100% me and my girlfriend will be stopping in again thank you to all the staff for the work you do 👍

I always have an awesome experience at the Duluth A&E. Oliver helped us today and was so sweet and friendly! Definitely prefer the non-judgemental and queer-friendly atmosphere here as opposed to some of the other stores I've been to.

One of the best experiences I've ever had at an adult store! I was greeted by this sweet and very helpful newer employee, Nicole, and she was very attentive and helped answer all my questions! The whole staff is friendly and helpful! It seems like they hired a new batch of employees and I really love the energy they have going so far! They also have a great table with almost every vibrator and toy for testing so you can see what it looks like and operates. The toy recommended to me what exactly what I wanted and then some! So big thank you to Nicole for the suggestion and I hope they let her know what an awesome job she did. I'll be back 1000%!

Great experience here. The staff was polite and knowledgeable of the products that were in stock. The layout of the store was easy to figure out. Since sections were labeled clearly. The staff didn’t creep me out or give me weird vibes like some of the other store of this nature in the area do. They let me do my shopping in private and peace but did let me know if I did need anything they were their to assist me not judge me. I thought it was cool that I received 10% off my purchase because of the business cards that they were giving away at the time. The store was clean and new. The store is in a great location and accessible.

Can't recommend enough!!! The ladies there were so friendly, smart and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. The whole establishment was positive and warm. They explained they aren't affiliated with A&E which is nice and they had a large "try me" section which I have to admit was fun and casual. They test & kinda demonstrate all their toys at time of purchase so you know you're getting good product. I'll be recommending this store to everyone. Great for atmosphere, great selection, wide variety. I recommend to anyone in the northland.

Decided to take a look on opening day and it’s way more amazing then I ever expected. Place is clean and sleek, the staff are beyond friendly and super helpful! I was a bit nervous going in but they made sure I was comfortable :)
