I love this store. They are a great boat dealer. I’ve purchased 2 new Mastercrafts from them and they really do a good job with the whole experience. If you are in the market for a boat, be sure to ask for Scott. He’ll take care of you.

The pro-shop selection of skis, wakeboards, surfboards, etc, is also top notch. Keep in mind that if you do plan on boating a boat from them you will get the “boat buyers discount” on everything else in the store for that summer. Which is a great way to pick up some new boards or skis.

This is a wonderful boat dealer. I dealt with Scott on a new boat outstanding. He was helpful, friendly and responsive. I actually went to another boat dealer up the road with 2 other friends ... they were not responsive .. so we all 3 bought boats from Scott. Make sure you stop here before you decide on a boat!

Very friendly / helpful pro shop employees. I blew out a Ronix wakeboard binding and were able to get me replacement parts without issue so I can be back on the water. Beautiful new building with lots of boats to tour/checkout.

The Moomba Makai is reasonably priced vs other wakeboats in its size. No fishing boats or poontoons here. Just awesome water sports. Surf, wakeboard, and ski this is the place to come. They sell Moomba, Supra, and Master Craft.

Terrible customer service.
If you expect for someone to return your calls when it comes to your boat repair - forget it. Two weeks later after numerous calls and a physical trip to the store to check when the boat will be ready, they finally fixed it. No one knows how it was fixed. They ripped the boat cannily and tower in addition to the fix. And told us they are not responsible for that! How is that for excellent customer service in boat repair.
Go somewhere else if you want your boat fixed!

Advertised a boat that they didn't have in stock, just to get people in the store. Classic bait and switch. Not only that, but after trying to get me to bite on the bait and switch, which I didn't, sales guy Peter Brandt contacted me and tried again. Unprofessional at the very least. Seems more like false advertising. Don't trust these guys!
