My wife and I had to search remotely for a new home in Duluth while living in Hawaii and Josh made that process so much easier with his thoroughness and expertise as he guided us through the virtual walk-throughs. We found the perfect house, and we felt very confident throughout the entire process thanks to his thorough evaluations of each home. Josh worked with us for almost two years, first helping us to define what we were looking for in a property and then writing up a very professional and competitive offer. Our journey to our new home was anything but simple, but Josh was able to help us every step of the way. We initially planned to move from across the country, and while on an “exploration visit,” Josh was kind enough to show me several homes while sharing info about the various neighborhood, local attractions, and more. He was incredible kind and answered my flurry of questions without issue.
Once we decided to move, he helped us remotely view homes via Zoom, often competing with the hot local market by getting us a viewing the same day (once within the same hour!) a home became available.
We found a home that we loved and he helped us put in a great offer that was accepted, and while we had some issues with the sellers, he patiently served as our go-between to get updates and answers so that we could eventually make the transition. He even helped us set up appointments with local painters who could make the the new house our own.
I would recommend Josh without hesitation to anyone looking to buy a home in the Duluth area, and should we need to move (hopefully not anytime soon!) I plan on calling him again. Thanks Josh!!!
