Quite a nice little trail around the harbor! It's a blend of quiet woods, waterfront, and some near-road walk. The new bridge over the water is really neat. The trail connects to the graffiti-covered ruin of the old mill and has an outhouse at the north side.

This little park has a good mix of everything starting with trail, washroom, lake, bridge, natural life etc. Good for young kids. Dogs are allowed on leash.

The family and I adventured around the Blakely Harbor Park on New Year’s Day!! It was so peaceful and beautiful! There was even a gathering of people singing in the graffitied building (I think an old generator building). This area was home in the 1800’s to the largest sawmill in the world!!

Went to Seattle on a business trip. Had a day off, read about the ferry to Bainbridge Island. Driving by and saw the trail, pulled over. Awesome trail. So glad it had a restroom, clean. Nice building with graffiti on it. Met some people in the area they gave me a little history. Good way to see the sun if you're into that. I would go back and watch it rise or set. I may visit again before I leave.

Great trail system near the harbor. Parking, vault toilet, trash cans, and benches were available along the trail. Leashed dogs welcomed, though we saw a few off leashed ones. Well maintained trails- very little trash and no down trees blocking trails. Great bird blind along the trails, not many bird out during our visit. Would recommend while on the island.

Lovely spot for a weekend walk. Everything from a cute little footbridge over the untroubled waters to the ruins of an old mill, plus very creative graffiti and lots of green in every direction. Circular trail around the pond/lagoon with plenty of trees, shrubs, brambles and even a meadow. Dogs on leashes welcome.

It's awesome to see all the spray paint art and if your lucky see them make it and not feel like your doing something illegal

Super cool historical boat dry dock location that has morphed into incredible street art showroom! Really freaking excellent to find in the trail. Made my month!

Magical little beach and trail area. I walked the trails and beaches in about an hour, then spent the day in the late spring perfect weather and created these two oil paintings.

A really neat place that used to be a saw mill back in the day. Had a nice little swimming area. The old abandoned building is cool.

Great to walk, even better to kayak. Especially around sunset, and when a seal (or otter) is constantly keeping a playful eye on you.

Great spot for bird watching or just taking a stroll through the brush to the beach. My Labrador absolutely loved swimming here!

Went on a weird day. It was sunny, then hailed, then rained, then clear skies again. But it was peaceful. Always love coming here

This place is amazing. It's got an old Mill filled with cool graffiti. Here is some of my girlfriends art that she made there, it's probably covered up now, but be careful as it's got broken glass in there

Wonderful open area on Bainbridge south. Multiple access points lead to different treasures. Good place to launch watercraft for a paddle in Blakely Harbor which is calm and sheltered, or paddle a bit further out and visit Rockaway Beach and Blakely Rock. Stunning views of Seattle including sun and moon rises!

On shore there are many hiking trails including a few picnic tables, benches and decks to chill on. There is a small sandy beach on the south side of the bridge that’s nice for a dip. If you like art and urban industrial vibe be sure to check out the graffiti mill, a historic logging building turned into a playground for musicians and painters. Some people skate in here, but I just don’t see the appeal. Enjoy!

The Old Mill on Blakely Harbor is one of the few timeless places left on the island.
