Ag Supply Ace Hardware

This Ace Hardware is so amazing! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My husband was trying to attach a pizza oven to a natural gas line but was missing a part. As a first time homeowner, we were not sure what was needed. My husband went to Ace Hardware with some pictures and a staff helped him get the right coupler and explained to him how to set everything up safely. Honestly, highly recommend!!!

I just wanted to say I had an extremely pleasant experience in your store in west Bremerton thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to them I was able to find everything I needed and even saved a little money while also getting a better product (thanks to Brian). I appreciate the store and all of its employees for being a perfect example for other stores to follow. Thank you.all.

I had a bad experience here previously and gave a bad review, but the last few times I've been here it's been much better. Customer service is much better. They definitely turned things around since then. It's not such a pain to have to run to grab something anymore which is nice because I live right around the corner. Prices are a little higher here but that's not the employees fault so I won't remove any stars. 😎

I was able to find a variety of the items I was looking for. Staff was very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I had without a wait. Great store for home improvement odds and ends.

Great experience today, needed 2 things and the young man with long hair was very helpful. Knew exactly where the things were we needed and made it a quick trip. He was awesome!

Staff is nice helpful and there is one nice older gentleman who was more than helpful but. Funny too, great customer service. Only thing is after he asked if we wanted to hear a jk my daughter kept telling me jks after that hahaha oh Lord...
I like finding fun things such as my screw driver WITH A FLASH LIGHT!!! which I didn't no until I got home! SCORE! lol if your kids lose your tools then you would understand having all the little gadgets on one is pretty handy for small jobs. Lol

The employee thst helped me was knowledgeable, friendly and tried his best to understand what I, wholy unfamiliar with anything related to what I was trying to do, was desperately trying to explain. And he even almost figured it out! Even if they didn't have what I was looking for (nor does any other hardware store,) it was a great experience and I'll be sure to return if I have more niche builds to undertake!

They have almost everything.

We were helped by a young woman, we unfortunately forgot her name. She helped us find a particular screw for our license plate, and came out to our car with us to try out different sizes. Awesome customer service!

I can be in & out in the time it takes me to find a parking spot at the big box stores. Selection is a bit limited ,
call ahead , if they don’t have it they will generously tell you nearby options .

Went to have a new car key blade duplicated and Bryan, the supervisor was more than happy to assist me after going through different locksmiths in town that could not. After duplication, found out the key also needed programming and he went the extra mile of helping me program it. Excellent service Bryan! Thanks!

It seemed to be understaffed with a steady supply of customers. The shelves were stocked well. I just felt bad asking questions because the person helping us was the second person we could find and they also had a line of customers waiting to ask questions.

Everyone is always willing and helpful never a unhappy moment when I walk in

I arrived one minute before they closed (I should have checked their hours), but Brian was willing to run in to grab a small item that I needed. Even in his urgency he was extremely courteous and took care of me. He even gave me a split ring out of his own pocket after I found out they were all out. Thank you for the amazing customer service! It's the great customer service at this store that keeps me coming back for all my hardware needs.

I love this place. They are always friendly, not very busy but also very dangerous.... You can spend too much money very quickly lol. Just so many cool things there. If you just need something quick to pick up or you have time and want to spend some time browsing, this is the place to go. Have fun 😊
