Definitely this place worth to try it and worth the money! The food was fresh and delicious ! Salad was the perfect choice! Fresh bread with olive oil and herbs on a side was delicious. Also, meat and cheese plate was good too. The atmosphere inside was great. Workers were very nice and friendly. Their soups are delicious! Recommend!

Good quality healthy food. I frequently dine here because the food is great and it is good for the body. In the height of summer it can be challenging to get a table but I eat an early dinner so no problem getting a table here when they open but anything after 6:00PM is a challenge. It has a great location convenient to everything you want to see in the area. If you can get a table then this is the place for a delicious and healthy meal.

We had a really good dinner here. Plenty of choices to eat, a good wine list and a full bar. They have restaurant seating as well as bar seating. The food was good, the service was good and attentive and the restaurant was clean. The hostess was friendly and seated us right away. The restaurant was pretty full by 6:30 so you may want to make a reservation. It’s easy to get to from the various hotels and it’s not far from the highway.

I've had delicious lasagna here before. It was a very generous portion. This time I enjoyed the scrumptious seafood pasta and my friend loved her lobster ravioli. The eine was good, and Nick was a wonderful server! We will definitely return.

The only low mark is due to a lack of music which was not noticeable when the restaurant was full, but as people started to leave we quickly felt like the loudest table in the room - which we were! - but a good level of music would've diluted that feeling. That is such a picky thing overall though that it certainly didn't dilute the full experience! The service was perfect - they payed close attention without being overbearing. Fantastic cocktails and excellent wine selection with expert guidance. The food was flawless. Black and Bleu mussels were something I'd never had before - excellent. We had vegans in our group who found plenty of options. The lasagna could feed you for a week! The seafood, as always in Portsmouth, was fresh and delicious. I would recommend to others and come back myself! An accessible 'fine dining' experience. Overall 5 stars.

The service was impeccable, with the staff being knowledgeable about the menu and offering helpful recommendations. They were prompt without being intrusive, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
$$pricey , the quality of the ingredients and the culinary expertise justify the cost. However, I would appreciate a slightly expanded dessert menu.

I had always wanted to try this restaurant and it was wonderful!! We went before Christmas and it was decorated beautifully! The food was amazing! I had the lasagna and I savored every bite. The warm bread and dipping oil was the best I've ever had.
Sadly, I've just been diagnosed with Celiac, so I need Gluten Free options now. But I want to come back and have that lasagna again, so I may have to "cheat" just once.

THE place to go for decadent and luxurious Italian food. Portions of both food and drink are generous and delightfully presented. Service is truly top notch and will make you feel like you are royalty. I can especially vouch for the waitress Bree whose cheery disposition really elevated the experience for my wife and I. The new ownership really took this place to the next level.

Wow. I absolutely love this place. I literally walked in and haven’t been in for a month and the hostess remembered me, the bar tender remembered my drink order, and the owner came up to us and made sure everything was great! Also the bread and oil that they give you before your meal is AMAZING!!! Highly recommend the chocolate cake it will take you to another planet it’s so good! This place feels like home and I’ll never stop coming back ♥

Ava and Ashley are the best reason to come here!!! They are the nicest people host and waitress I have ever met. They went above and beyond to make my dinner and day better. Incredible staff. Truly.

Had dinner there last night, the restaurant was beautifully decorated, had a great selection in wines, our food was excellent. Our waiter, Andrew was so pleasant and attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant

This was our first time here and it didn't disappoint! The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I can't believe I have never eaten there before! Anyone who is looking for an amazing place to eat in Portsmouth needs to eat here. I would 100% recommend Cafe Mediterraneo.

I'm Italian and this was legitimately good Italian food. Very nice atmosphere and drink menu too. I will be coming back next time I'm in the area.

Went with 6 friends before a jazz show the food was amazing 😍 and the drinks were strong and tasty.

Quick business trip brought me here. I will say without reservation that this may have had been one of the best culinary experiences of my life. We ate at the bar and the service felt like I was home at my local dive with friends instantly. I ate what the bartender suggested which led to one of the most fantastic meals I've ever had. Thank you!

They have a really nice wine selection, either by the glass or bottle. Their appetizers and entrees selections are plentiful. I had the veal Marsala which was absolutely delicious with angel hair pasta. My husband had the short rib which could feed 2 people. We love going there before we see a show at Jimmy's Jazz.
