Wonderful experience getting a flu shot. Pharmacy seemed well-staffed, check in was easy, wait was minimal, and the vaccine was given kindly & professionally. Appreciated the tips on how I might need to care for myself in the coming 24-48 hours. Entire store seemed well stocked.

I had great help from a new employee named OANH. I needed help to apply info. on my flip phone to benefit from a generous savings offer from CVS. She was patient and pleasant (as are all your employees) and very successful in her task. I had a great savings!
This was CVS on 160th. in Burien 98166

Linda helped check me out and she was so friendly and helpful. She also greeted me with a smile when I walked in the door and asked if she could help me with anything. I also really Iike the selection of books and magazines yall carry and plan to pick one up next time.

CVS pharmacy in Burien, Wa has always provided excellent service when it counts most for me in times of illness or distress.

So many unfounded negative reviews! People fail to realize that this is one of the busiest CVS pharmacies due to the close proximity of the hospital and other medical facilities. Yes, they are overworked but they certainly don't need to be bashed. If you have to wait days for a refill, chances are good, it's not the pharmacy but more of an issue with your insurance, the doctor, or any number of issues that require clarification for authorization of the refill.
In so far as the store, in the 4 years I've been frequenting this CVS, I have never had anyone be rude to me. I've definitely seen quite the opposite from customers though.
I'm sorry others seem to have such bad experiences.....I dunno, maybe I'm just really fortunate because of my positive energy.🙂🙂🙂

It's unbelievable how selfish people are giving bad reviews for minor problems. They are clearly under staffed and doing their best. I've always had good customer service fr the pharmacy and staff are friendly.

Best pharmacy ever. Daniel helped my family in a pinch 10 minutes to close and was just happy to be here and do a great job with a smile

Pleasant experience! We were greeted at the door by a very warm and friendly Clerk, that's a plus when you are treated like that because you never know what a person may be going through in this life and you may be just that person who can turn day around for the best or worse.

This CVS is always clean. The staff in the pharmacy are GREAT, they're helpful, professional and knowledgeable. So grateful to not have to go to the Rite Aid in Rainer Beach

Love this CVS. It's clean and has all the essentials you need if you don't want to go to the grocery store. The prices here are great too! This place does have a pharmacy for those who were wondering.

The only downside of this location is that there is no exit to head west out of the lot since they put up a barrier forcing you east only. I would go here more frequently if it did.

The pharmacy is super fast... literally if my doc valls on a script i get a notification before I get in my car to go. I think i had to wait once or twice... for 10 minutes, but seriously... thats awesome.

Pharmacist and staff were extremely helpful in getting my Rx transferred from Rite Aid, providing a 3 month supply instead of only 1 month, and saving me a lot of money by registering me for a big discount from the manufacturer.

CVS in Burien is my go-to drugstore. It has a pharmacy with very helpful staff (the whole store does actually) and their rewards program really works! I get discounts on almost everything that I buy there!

This place is amazing I go here to buy things for my family sometimes when we are to lazy to drive somewhere 😅 I love this place 👍👍👍

The employees are great. They are understaffed and there is only so much that they can do.

This place is always super clean and well stocked. Never looks too busy so it's easy to navigate
