Syracuse Island

This splash pad is fantastic! There is plenty of shade for the parents and the water level is perfect for babies or toddlers. The older kids had fun too, but it was definitely a hot spot for Stanley welding SAHM’s and waddling babes, which was perfect for us! There is an all abilities playground right next to the splash pad, so the fun is endless.

We love this splash pad. Unique and different. And next to a playground. Picnic tables under bowery. Just a great spot for family fun.

This is one of Syracuse City's latest additions to it's city parks. It is an extremely well-designed splash pad featuring a modern, rustic set of waterfalls, a winding and twisting artificial stream, and plenty of water sprayers throughout. A few shade areas are provided and grassy areas for sitting are easy to find. A pair of large pavilions surround the splash pad and clean restrooms are available.

The city really thought this place out. Kids will absolutely love this place and it's far-better-than-average splash pad.

Awesome way to let the kids out during a hot summer day without having to break the bank. Love all the splash pads but the Syracuse Splash pad is especially nice.

This place is perfect with the combined water and dry parks. Easy to spot your children on either side during your play date!

Pretty awesome place! Plenty of places to sit and setup some chairs regardless of how many people are here.

Bring a squirt gun or 2 and run around in the water. My kids had tons of fun!

We love it here. It offers a variety of water activities for all ages. Nice and clean too.

We love this park! It has a large stream bed play area and lots of waterfall space. The shade options are limited, but there is a pavilion and bathrooms. The playground next to the water play is great too.

Amazing park! Great size splash pad/water park plus next to a nice size regular park play place and the public library in the same parking lot. Plenty of covered tables for picnics, family gatherings, birthday parties, etc. And clean public restrooms. You could spend the entire day here and never get bored. Best part... it's all free!! ♡♡

Love this place. It has fun river floating throughout. There is plenty of shade and lots of space to set up on the grass. Super fun place, one of the best splash pads around.

Good splash pad with lots of areas for the kids. Also there's picnic tables and plenty of shaded areas to set up camp while you're there.

The parking looks crowded, but the water area is very well laid out and plenty of room without feeling crowded. Plenty of space for not only kids of all ages to play, but also parents to sit and watch. Covered tables and shaded stairs at the water's edge were great! Love that the water features are planned well so you can choose how wet to get- played with the baby in the far end while older kids played up by the waterfall features. Plan on at least soaking your feet! Can't wait to go back!

So much fun. Really great that a dry park and the island and the library are all right next to each other. Zeppe is also just down the street so it’s a perfect summertime combo. Always clean, and even with a lot of people does not feel crowded. All ages an enjoy this place

First time with my grandson and daughter. My grandson is having a blast. Almost 6yrs old. Fun for any age. We will b back again another time. We had so much fun. We went and got pizza for dinner then came back cuz we were having a blast here.

I can spend the whole day here with my kiddos. They love it. They get all their energy out, and get to meet new friends. I love this place.

Thought my kids would be board (12 & 10), cuz it seems geared towards younger kids, but they had fun. Besides the water they have a park with swings. We stayed a couple of hours.

This is honestly the coolest splash pad I've seen. It is so inviting and feels like a little oasis. The water was clean and refreshing. The playground next to it was really awesome as well. Fun and unique things to do. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often.
