Love this store. The only place I buy paint. Nice staff, great service!

This is the commercial contractor store so they get product out fast. Helpful staff and up to speed on the Ben Moore product line.
Bond yard has mistint paints for a discount.
All the paint sundries you would need for any DIY paint project.

The staff was very helpful. They are not our usual paint store, and we called ahead asking if they could make a couple of samples. The assistant manager, asked what we wanted and started making the samples. They were ready when we arrived. Might be our new paint store!

We live closer to a different Benjamin Moore location but continue to CHOOSE to go out of our way and go to this store instead due to the phenomenal customer service and employee expertise. The employees here are so kind and willing to get a manager if there’s something they’re not sure about, and you can tell there’s a true team camaraderie. Thanks for quality service!!

Needed an industrial coating from Corotech in a pinch and they had it in stock. Bruce was very helpful on information and making sure I got what I needed.
The ferry was running late, and as a result, I was a bit late and arrived after closing time, but they stayed so I could get my product.

Online pick up was extremely easy. The employee even walked my 3 gallons out to my car and loaded it... Without asking (A relief having my 4 yo with me!) Service is excellent even if parking is a bit frustrating.

In 2017 Sarah Ross (store manager SODO) helped me with paint for 2 house doors. I knew nothing about paint or painting. Sarah was brilliant at explaining paint and painting techniques. I was set and motivated. The second door I painted still makes me proud every time I walk by it. My next project was painting my mud room, 2021. I’m calling and searching for my paint person Sarah, who was promoted to Brand Manager at the Issaquah Mallory Paint. She remembered me and replied to my email with enthusiasm and knew exactly what paint and color I should use. I was getting confused about cutting in the paint on the walls for a second coat. Once again, her explanations were perfect for me to understand.

The SODO Mallory store has a friendly neighborhood feel to it. Employees are very inclusive about making sure everyone is being helped or making eye contact saying they will be right with you. Always giving sincere genuine service.

Sarah is my paint person, Mallory SODO is my store, and Benjamin Moore is my paint.

Had the paint I needed, was able to prepare the colors quickly, and prices were reasonable for the quality. Clean store, friendly staff.

Awesome...took in a drawer front to match a white and was out of there with a rattle can of white in 30 minutes.
