I had a wonderful experience here. I was helped by Josh and he was a complete delight. He has snacks and energy drinks for his appointments which was super appreciated. He understood that I was looking for a specific car and looked at every avenue possible to get me one of my dream cars. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Best car shopping experience I have ever had in my life!! My salesman, Scott, took the time to listen to my needs and my budget, which is rare in this industry. Scott was not pushy, he made no attempts to talk me into anything. He took the time to genuinely get to know me and I felt valued, respected, and completely at ease for the entirety of my buying experience. Every single employee there was incredibly nice, highly professional, and extremely respectful of my time, money, and specific needs for my vehicle purchase. I now consider myself a customer for life. If I was grading Kitsap Auto Outlet on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give them a 100. They are just that good. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, make them your first and only stop, you won't regret it.

I am leaving this review solely because the auto sales representative Josh was immaculate in supporting us. When faced with a difficult situation every other dealership in the area turned us away, but Josh put in the extra time, energy, and effort to help us. He not only resolved our tough situation; he also gave great financial advice to benefit us the most. I would recommend this dealership to anyone simply because they will be in good hands with Josh. I greatly appreciate his work.

I went into Kitsap Auto Outlet just to see what a car trade in would look like for me. One of their sales people is a good friend of mine and I trusted he could guide me through the process. As it would turn out Justin was busy when I arrived, so Josh started to help me by appraising my current vehicle while Justin finished up. As it would turn out Josh helped me through the ENTIRE process. Working with him was so easy and fun, he learned about my life so that he could suggest vehicles that aligned with my lifestyle. I went in to get a new car, little did I know I would leave with a beautiful jeep and new friends. I highly recommend these guys, I couldn’t be happier with the car I ended up with.

Scott is a no nonsense salesman and he made the process of buying our new to us truck quick and to the point. No hassles, just straight forward. Truly appreciated him and the other staff at KAO! Third car we purchased from their lot! Will keep going back!

I’ve been a witness and customer to some stressful dealership interactions and purchases, not finding or settling for a vehicle, but Christopher Sevilla definitely passed the vibe check and answered any questions I had with looking for the best 2nd car for our family. Lively, and outgoing, himself and his team definitely made us feel at home and part of their ohana. Jalanta, the sales rep, was friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, this place went above and beyond! While not many dealer familiar with tax form 15400 online submission for used ev tax credit, the owner went and register his dealership just so that I could get my Used EV Clean Vehicle Tax credit! KAO never fails me! From the 1st time I bought my Mercedes Benz welcomed by Shane and he’s Great ! My 2nd time now trading the then Benz I bought a few years back, I was welcomed by Josh this time around! And I tell you, that guy is Amazing! Spent my whole day with him and he is one of the most personable people I’ve ever met. He is so Accommodating. If you want a sales person with TREATS he is your guy. If you want drinks He’s also your guy! Good Conversation he’s your guy! He even went above and beyond when I asked for Videos of the cars that I was looking at online since Pics don’t do justice. He was HONEST and VERY TRANSPARENT! I would not go to any other dealership besides KAO. Thank you for always taking care of your customers .

I’m assuming bad reviews with bad car problems are people buying cars with HIGH MILES or older cars. Because I’ve never had problems with my last car I bought with them.

Best experience with a dealership I’ve ever had. Nick was very quick in getting me taken care of and answered any question I had. The finance guys Jonathan and Shane worked with me to get approved and helped me out greatly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going anywhere else. 10/10 great group to buy a vehicle from.

Justin made the buying process stress free & honestly enjoyable. I was able to find something that I really like and I never felt pressured to go with soemthing out of my means. I will definitely be purchasing more from him in the future.

The guy I worked with at kitsap auto outlet was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating he got us into something right away the whole experience was perfect I would highly suggest asking g for Scott for all you car needs 10 out of 10 for customer service and the whole family love the new car.
