Dq and Ethan are also very dedicated and extremely helpful. I will highly Recommend these wonderful individuals to assist anyone with any cell phone purchases or issues.

I switched over from T-mobile to Verizon. They have way better coverage. My experience with Colin was amazing. He went above and beyond. He multi tasked while helping me and other customers. I'm not great with technology and so helped, took his time with me. I went to Colin in Powell.

There is a good reason for all of the positive reviews at this location. Colin provides exceptional customer service. He takes the time to ask the right questions and figure out how to best address what you need in the most cost-effective way possible. We moved over 4 lines, a device and added a new line. Not pushy at all, he offers what he has and moves on to the next thing if you are not interested. The only challenge is that there is only one of him, so if there is a line, be prepared to wait a little, he will help multiple people simultaneously, but still takes time. Highly recommend Colin and this location.

Dustin was professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough with helping me with my purchase and change of cellular plan.

The store manager (Colin) at this location is incredibly helpful and competent. He very clearly broke down the different options for plans, which helped guide my decision making. Based on my past experiences at other Verizon locations I was expecting a lot more difficulty and confusion when examining different plans. I was pleasantly surprised at this location at how easy Colin made the process. I will be going back to this location for all of my future Verzion needs.

Colin was great. Immediate attention and transfer of phone data was handled with care. My phone came in faster than expected and now I'm off and running with it. Great overall experience at this Verizon. Stopped to grab Chipotle, 2 doors down, on the way out!

had a major problem with my phone I didn't know how to fix..went to another store with 3 people couldn't figure out wouldn't try hard no help at all. stopped in Powell where Colin the store manager had me going in 3 minutes didn't try to pressure sell anything ! nice guy best Verizon experience I've ever had

Colin at Verizon in Powell is amazing! Always good people here but he has been the most outstanding person at this location. He is friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve learned so much from him. He is a very excellent representative of Verizon and I am thankful.

Madison was by far the greatest retailer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. To describe her service as anything but spectacular would be a tragic understatement. I stopped in the Verizon store in Powell today because I was having technical issues with my iPhone. I was greeted with great enthusiasm and my Verizon rep Madison was so wonderful. She was able to fix my technical issues with ease. She was extremely personable and professional and I would reccomend her services to anyone. She needs to be a manager here!

Madison did a fantastic job helping me transition from an android platform to IOS. She made herself available to me well outside her requirements to make sure the transition went ‘as well as it could go’. Excellent service through and through and this is why I keep coming back to this location time and time again.

Excellent Customer Service!
I live in SC and was trying to help my mother in law in Powell upgrade the phone she had with a different service provider. It was such a nightmare we gave up and decided to just add her to our account with Verizon. I was fortunate to reach Kyle Nester who made the whole process, not only easy, but pleasant! Kyle and my mother in law just called me from the store. He is teaching her the basics and she is thrilled! Service and technology being what it is today, I'm happy that my mother in law has Kyle (and most likely the whole staff) there to help her and that she will have the confidence to ask for help!
