Neighbor's Deli

Went there for the first time yesterday and the hoagie and sandwich had plenty of meat on them. Two of three guys that worked there were pleasant, but the big guy who did the slicing of the meat don't have great people skills. He didn't even greet us when we walked in to place our order. Food great, customer service skills could use some work

A hole in the wall sandwich joint with loads of character, warm staff, and incredible tasty sandwiches! This place definitely over-delivered what I was expecting.

I got the Neighbors Melt sandwich and a side of spicy mac. Both were incredible! The sandwich was hot, with gooey cheese, LOTS of carmelized onions, and great tasting sliced ribeye. The rye sub bun was a perfect pairing.

Definitely would go back and try as many sandwiches as possible. They apparently have breakfast all day too.

EDIT: The california breakfast sandwich is incredible! Get it on the waffle to add sweetness. This is an enormous sandwich with something like 8 pieces of bacon on it. My mind is blown. Where has this place been hiding??

By far, hands down the best deli sandwich I've had! Fresh meat, insane flavors. Support this man because he is doing BIG things!

I urge anyone who reads this to eat here instead of a fast food chain or franchises. The food here is phenomenal. The quality of meats, perfectly soft bread, friendly atmosphere cannot be matched. I can't wait to return.

The go-to deli in cbus. Forget the triple d recommendation, neighbors is where it's at. If your in the mood for a Sammy, give them a shot, I've yet to find one I don't salivate over. Hands down the best Italian cold cut in the city.

Large menu with a lot of variety and they serve breakfast ALL DAY! Prices are good and the staff is friendly.

I went there for the first time this morning and ordered a rueben. The sandwich was piled high with high quality corned beef and had perfect amounts of sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. By far the best corned beef Ruben I have ever had! The young gentleman who waited on me was very pleasant and professional and had excellent customer service skills. The sandwich was well worth the money and I highly recommend Neighbors Deli for everyone! You certainly won’t be disappointed!

This place is amazing! The Reuben is delicious. A bit messy, but that's the price of tasty! Definitely check this out.

It's a nice little "Hole in the Wall" place. It has tables a chairs for seating but I have never seen anyone eating there, just takeout.

I always order half a Rubin and I DEFY ANYONE to eat a Full Sized sandwich at one sitting!

Great deli sandwiches with personal made to order service! Overstuffed sandwiches, served hot or cold, are a step above the competition. They now have awesome breakfast sandwiches that they serve all day. Their sausage gravy is the best in town! Definitely worth trying!

Great selection of HUGE sandwiches, freshly made to order and customized to your tastes, should you so desire. Their sides are excellent, too, but a small is quite small, so get a large if you're very hungry. We eat here regularly and there's no signs of that ceasing any time soon!

This place is everything a local sandwich shop should be and more. The classic sandwiches are just as they should be, and the original ones (Undertaker!) are truly unique and tasty. Their game day special for weekends in the fall (2 subs) is a ridiculous bargain and can easily feed 4-5 people and still provide some variety. Also, the owner is quite a character and is really dedicated to his craft, which contributes a lot to the experience.

I’ve been here countless times and I’ve never had a bad experience nor a bad meal. Today was the first time I decided to write a review because I am that blown away by the fried egg and cheese on a waffle. Neighbor’s was already my favorite breakfast spot in the UA area but this just made it untouchable

This place is awesome! Great food and extremely friendly staff. Fresh and high-quality ingredients well worth the price. They have the kind of meatball sub I love, it's almost a knife and fork sub it's so messy and full. Every item I have tried has been delicious. I have full confidence every item I order will be great. Writing this review has made me hungry now...

Sandwiches have no business being this good. The Californian with waffle bread is ridiculously delicious. The Havana was awesome. Spicy mac and cheese with jalapeno slices was a perfect side to our already great lunch. I can't wait to be hungry again just to have a reason to come back.

I've known about this place for years, but didn't try it until tonight. Had an crazy line, but the owner processed everything relatively quickly. Bottom line is that I had an incredible sandwich, one of the best in the city. Hope he can find more employees soon, because he definitely has a product that stands out.

Recently tried it for the first time. My husband got a Turkey wrap and I got a meatball panini. We split a large portion or spicy Mac, which was a last minute addition, but the true standout item of our order. So good, and is reason enough to go back. Food was amazing overall, portions are huge and justify the prices. Pro-tip: keep an eye on your weekly mailers for coupons!
