Multilingual Books and records

My experience with this company was fantastic. I recently bought a book there as a present to my father. It was the Italian version of the Lord of the Rings, the entire trilogy in one book. First, I was impressed and grateful that I could actually find this somewhere. I looked for the Italian LotR trilogy online (multiple books or all in one, didn't care) for a while and couldn't find them, and and then I finally found it here. So, I ordered the book, but I made a mistake in the shipping address, and so it was returned to them. I called to make arrangements to get the book shipped back out, and I easily got a hold of a human (as opposed to talking to a computer a half-hour) and had no trouble making the arrangements. The person even declined my offer to pay extra for shipping, since it was my mistake. This was great customer service that I'm not really used to when doing any online business. I'd recommend!

This is an awesome bookstore, competent, book-loving, and responsible. If you have any problems with online, just call. If you aren't able to get through and can't leave a message, have some patience. It is all too easy in this digitized world to get frustrated, forgetting it hasn't been that many year ago that we did things differently. Trust these guys. They are doing good work! I would love to be able to go the bookstore in person. Small bookstores like this are precious.

I am editing my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
Paid $40 for a book in October and finally got a book in mid-December. It is not the same book as what I ordered. It's a book by the same author though. At first, I received no response to my emails and phone messages. It was only when I left a bad google review that I got a call back and then the offer of the other book. So anyway, now I feel like 3 stars is an accurate review.

im afraid i have been scammed, i ordered a bookset last Oct 23, but i haven't been able to get any date or response of delivery, i have send messages on Facebook, Instagram and various emails but without any luck at all, I have sent a voice message on the record machine of the phone page, im worried about my books and as well I have lost money Please anybody respond

Really wish I read the reviews before purchasing from this company. I ordered $253.59 worth of books to complete a set of books a month ago. I got an email saying they shipped but no other information. I have emailed them multiple times and have not received a response, next I will be calling. If that doesn't work I guess I can drive to the store luckily I live in Washington state and it's not a far drive. I'll also be contacting my bank about this fraud to get my money back if I have to. UPDATE: after calling the businesses number until someone answered they finally sent my books to me but when I received them one was missing. When I made a call again the guy at the store said something about them sending a note or telling me all but one book was in stock. I received nothing of the sort. Hopefully they can get that last book s3nt out to me.

This is the first negative review I've had to give. I'm disappointed in your lack of communication. After waiting 2 months, I finally asked for a refund. Funny how I had an immediate response to a refund request yet nothing when I asked multiple times for a status on my order. Now I see you've more than doubled the price of the book I ordered. I guess you figured out that book was suddenly in demand and decided to play a waiting game.

Tried emails, calls and texts - no answers. Took my money and still no product has been sent from March! Would highly advise not buying anything online

I ordered a board game on 12/12/21, i haven't received an email or confirmation. I emailed twice and got no response, im gonna try to see if the bank will reverse the charges

paid for a book set and never received it after 2 months, sent an email or two and never got a response back, yelp said the store is closed, but their facebook seems to be active, called them today and nobody answered

Did not ship the item I paid for! Sent me a piece of junk and refuse to answer any of my emails! Stay away from this company!! Scam!!! Rip off

I purchased $499.99 French Fluenz product online and never received my product.

Ich habe im Mai 2022 für ein ukrainisches Flüchtlingskind drei Harry Potter Bücher auf ukrainisch bestellt. Die Bücher sind bis heute nicht angekommen. Ich habe per Mail mehrmals Kontakt aufgenommen und erst nach Androhung die Homepage zu melden etc. bekam ich am 22.8. eine Antwort mit der Zusicherung, die Bücher rasch zu liefern. Ich möchte mein Geld zurück. Leid tut es mir für meinen Schüler, dem ich die Bücher versprochen hatte.
Am 4. September wurde mir versichert, dass ich die Bücher entweder innerhalb einer Woche geliefert bekommen würde bzw. das Geld rücküberwiesen wird. Ich habe mich für die Rückerstattung des Geldes entschieden und dies an multilinualbooks am 4.9.22 gemailt.
