Casa Del Rio Express

Everything about our dinner here was outstanding. The employees were all super cool and awesome. We ordered tacos and they were hands down the best taco I've ever had. The restaurant was really nice and comfortable.

Very nice restaurant. The staff was friendly. Small simple menu. The food was delicious. I love that they have build your own section, which you can do tacos, burritos, taco salad and other things. They give you the option of soft tacos or hard and the option of flower or corn ones. The margaritas were great.

Tonight I ate the new menu item, tamale plus rice and veggies. Oooohhhh. So good. Perfect beef surrounded by corn meal blanket. Definitely a great addition. I couldn’t find tamales anywhere near here. Thank you!

Our shop is down the street so we order take out from here OFTEN. The food is always great, never any problems, and it is FILLING. They don't let you stay hungry. We ate there the other day, and some how it was even better. They're always quick no matter what. Great workers. Great everything.

This is a local version of Chipotle, but way better! The food was fresh and tasted fantastic. Lots of variety. Staff was friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back!

EDIT: This review was from 4 years ago, so I thought it would be fitting to do a follow up. Yes, this place is just as good as the day it opened. If anything, I think the portions have actually gotten bigger! The food is extremely consistent, and I don't think I've had a single bad experience. I probably come here once a month, and I'm always excited about that. Definitely come check this place out, you won't leave disappointed!

The food was so delicious. The margaritas are HUGE and also delicious. Definitely going back. My daughter is a picky eater and ate all her chicken and rice (because she said it was so delicious she couldn't waste it!) and we ordered more for her to eat later. 10/10

I thought this was order at counter like other joint. No. Go sit down & relax (unless u ordered to go). They bring you chips & salsa.

You know it's good food when you want to write the review but that enchilada is calling your name (first and last!). These guys have made a name for themselves in Wadsworth, and now it's time to grow. I so wish this Express version was closer to work as I would go here daily if I could.

If you are already familiar with their flavors, it's exactly the same up here, just a smaller and more efficient menu. I gave the Enchiladas Santa Fe a try to sample a couple different meats and boy was it good. Again, I'm still enjoying it while writing this review!! There's enough variety that I would never grow tired of here vs the other establishment that sounds like a pepper.

So, to close, whether you are a local or visiting, this place is a must. You can taste the passion!!!

Great service, atmosphere, and food quality was right up there with the best Mexican places. Enjoy the patio with some music and a margarita. Will return for sure.

My favorite Mexican in all of west Akron. Awesome food, a lot to choose from and I've never once had a bad experience here. 10/10

Met some friends for dinner, and all the of us enjoyed the outdoor dining. The food was delicious. I had a taco salad and the shell was the best taco salad shell I've ever had -- perfectly crispy yet still a little soft, but not too thick! Perfection!

Extremely friendly staff, great decor, excellent food!! There is a lot of Italian based food here in Akron, so we were thrilled to see a new Mexican place open up, especially one that doesn't require sitting at a restaurant for two hours just to enjoy a meal. It reminds me of my family back in Texas.

Wasn't a thing about my meal I didn't enjoy! I got a full meal, chips, salsa and drink for only $11. We plan on coming back, for sure! We were given some sopapillas, too! I really hope they add them to the menu, I'd come just for that! <33

This was my first visit to Casa and it did not disappoint. I was there for dinner with a friend and her daughter. We ordered fajitas and queso with chorizo. The food was great, service was outstanding. I will definitely be back!
