Abe Barber Shop

Abe is a basic barber shop. $20 for a haircut. There was no wait at 2pm on a Tuesday. The other haircut places on Mission St. were closed. The older gentlemen with the beanie cut my hair. He was quick and didn't take too long. I was very satisfied. The unique feature is, they use a strong blower, not a hair dryer to blow off any excess hair. Good job old barber guy. Thank you.

Fenomenal haircut so affordable absolutely professional barber . I’ve got my haircut in the past with other barber but I recommend Abe’s barber shop to whole San Francisco.

Abe, the owner, is very nice and skilled! He has been a barber for 36 years. I had bad experience with the older barber. So ask Abe or other barbers, but not the oldest one who looks like in his 60s. —2018 (It's my first time to come here. The old male barber was nice until he kept $8 for his tip before I agreed to give it to him. Come on! You're not supposed to keep the tip before the customer give it to you! But I didn't embarrass him in front of a crowd. The haircut was mediocre. —2017)

The best barber there is Don Miguel. The best barber in SF. If you need a cut I highly recommend going there and ask for Don Miguel.

Walked in and got a pretty good mid tapered fade with some off the top. The cut cost $10, then I got a beard trim and they lined me all up for another $10. Did such a good job I gave the man $30. I'll definitely be going back.

I have been following my barber for the past 25 years his name is Miguel and works for Abe, they both cut hair very nicely and at a great price.

Went here for a cut and walked away astonished. Place puts ace of fades to shame. Fantastic fades for 10 bucks.

Side note - I've gotten cuts all over the city and I can honestly say this barber shop is superior than people's on Polk. On par with chicagos on divisidero and on par with attention to detail. Fades are solid. Worth a try.

Definetly the best haircut I've ever had.
The barber is very skilled and is a perfectionist. The prices are also significanly less than anyother barbershop I've seen in the area.
