Epic Limousine

We had a phenomenal experience using Epic Limousine, taking 22 people from the peninsula to Chase Center (San Francisco) for a concert. They were extremely responsive and flexible with scheduling options to accommodate a couple of timing changes, and our driver Michael P was top notch and a great guy. Came early, left on time, communicated with me throughout the event and made pick up and drop off seamless. The bus was spotless and allowed us to stream our own music and enjoy the ride. Epic took all the stress of logistics off the table and we had a blast!!

I can not recommend Epic enough!!! As a travel agent, I am always looking for exceptional service to share with my guests. We contacted Epic to help us transport a group to the cruise terminal in San Francisco. I was given a quote that included roundtrip transportation to and from the port. We booked several months in advance to ensure we had our transportation covered and the communication was very clear and consistent throughout the process. Prior to our dates of travel I received a confirmation email with a photo of our drivers. The day of service our driver (Melvin 5++++ Stars) arrived on time and was professional, quick and helpful as we loaded up probably 20 suitcases. He was kind, friendly and provided exceptional service for an early Monday morning pickup. We did request for him to pick us back up for our return trip because of the service he provided. On both days prior to our pick up we received a text advising us that our driver was on the way. Once again clear and precise communication was given throughout our entire process. I will definitely be using this service again and will recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of transportation service in the Bay Area.

Communication was excellent: someone always responded the phone call & email replies were quick; they sent us driver information ahead of time; and they updated the bus arrival time when it was a little bit late. Service was very accommodating: the bus selection process was helpful, cancelling was easy and we received credit for it, and using the credit was easy. The bus had a plenty space for luggage bags and other supplies that our group had to carry with it. We will work with Epic Limousine again in the future, for sure.

Loved our driver Joe. He was very patient when I missed a stop in the list. He was also very helpful and accommodating. I’ve already recommended epic to friends.

The details of the trip required the driver to coordinate with me in order to gain access to a federal facility. He was super responsive and his access went flawlessly. Family decided that the Vasona Festival of Lights right before Christmas was a perfect way to celebrate with all the sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews in town for the holidays. The family truckster wasn't going to work so we reached out to the folks at Epic and they were able to bring us a Party Bus. A Party Bus!

Exceptional communication. Attention to detail. Excellent Service. I had the best experience with Epic for my sister wedding. They were fast and clear to communicate and were receptive to changes as they arose. I was so impressed with how quickly they communicated and I will use them again and again not just for big events, but also for short transfers. We had an amazing time! There were 20 of us and our driver Joe was absolutely wonderful! He was very flexible with stops and waiting for us, he was super kind and helpful. This was for my birthday and everyone agreed one of the best experiences we’ve done for a bday in a long time. I would 10/10 recommend this services. My experience with Epic was nothing but exemplary from time of reservation up to drop off to our final destination. Ben and Sam were both professional and accommodating to certain changes to our itinerary. Our driver Joe arrived early. He was also very accommodating, friendly but professional, patient, and so helpful. We really enjoyed our several stops to our 6 hour reservation.
I would only consider this company if we need limo service in the future. I highly recommend Epic.

We planned a surprise party for my friend and I was doing all the logistics for it. I requested quotes from probably like 5-6 limo places through Yelp. Epic Limo gave us hands down the best quote and the best deal for the price. I even thought was a bit suspicious at the beginning, because it sounded too good to be true. The quote was $100-150 cheaper than all the other quotes
We got picked up in Peninsula, dropped off at a second place and then picked up and dropped off at the third location. The driver was super nice and helpful! The car was new and very nice (white Chrysler)

Peninsula Limo provided wonderful service for our event! Our driver Kenneth was amazing - so personable, nice, and professional. And he stayed very calm & collected despite the horrible traffic and street closures that we encountered on our way to the restaurant.
