AAA Daly City Branch

I had to go into the AAA Office to take care of having a document notarized. From when I walked in I was treated with respect. I had to wait a little while to get to the desk of the person who helped me. She was so polite and caring. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Unheard of these days! I would definately recommend the Daly City Office. They ROCK!!

Outstanding service. Well organized, efficient, and friendly. What was accomplished at this AAA branch in 20 minutes would take hours at the DMV. I showed up without appointment and spoke with an agent 5 minutes later. Completed family car transfer, checked another car registration, upgraded AAA membership, and got the latest Bay Area map. The agent invited me to sit down in a cubical while she worked on my requests so that I didn't have to wait standing in front of the window. Very thoughtful.

Absolutely satisfied with their services and professionalism. Skip the DMV and get yourself a AAA card! It's worth it. I've noticed that most of the people who have a complaint about this office are people who are looking for something for nothing, or people who don't have their facts straight. If you take care of things on your end properly then the people at AAA can do their job without you complaining at them! You guys do a great job there and I appreciate your service,patience, and professional attitude! The young man at the DMV (sorry man I can never remember your name) but you know who you are and you do a damn good job and you deserve a raise! You worked there for years now too! I've watched you grow up pretty much! LOL. Keep up the good work and attitude!

Highly effective branch. Got in to apply for an international driver's permit, out within 5 minutes. Great team.

The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all questions we had thoroughly. Our wait time was little to none. Over all this was one of the best customer service experiences my wife and I have had.

Needed help with a suspended registration and Jacob went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. He did all the foot work for me and called and emailed me along the way. All I had to do was return and get my updated registration. Thank you again !!!

Absolutely BLESSED by the services these gentlemen handing my emergency road side assistance today. RICHARD & GABRIEL I owe you a huge thank you for providing fast, dependable customer service. I was needing a Tow from Daly City to Folsom , though the trip would have surpassed by mileage limit, and would have costed me hundreds of dollars , they provided me a costless alternative to have vehicle towed . My vehicle made it to its destination faster than i ever could have, these men were so understanding and helpful . I so wish there was more I could have done to thank them. I would so recommend this branch to anyone in the SF area needing assistance.

I Resolved all my DMV issues at one time- it was the most Pleasurable Experience I've had in a Very long time- I Also Added another family member to my Membership, Being a AAA MEMBER give me a Sense of Security knowing I'm COVERED.

My partner finally convinced me to try AAA for my DMV registration which I couldn't do online nor did my issue for within the parameters of the DMV chat bot, Miles.
There is plenty of parking at AAA & the line moved quickly. The customer service person was knowledgeable, pleasant & efficient. I should have joined long ago.

They have everything well executed, you arrive in the building, at the AAA front door they take your name look at your AAA membership card & DL, put you on the list take your cell phone number & have you return to your car. They will call you to return, it was my short walk to my car & upon entry they called me to come back. For the most part it was the shortest time I've ever spent at AAA to pay my registration renewal. Everyone was very professional & pleasant.

I learned that you can have car DMV services done at AAA so I gave it a try. 15 minutes from arrival to departure! Great customer service. Highly recommend. Also a lot of parking at this location.

Service was great and the Representative was very pleasant and was able to assist me within 10 minutes for my Vehicle Registration. If you can skip DMV, I would recommend it

Wow. Going to this branch was a bit farther but wow everyone was super nice. They still let you in even when it’s near 10 mins closing unlike other branches. I was able to get in and out in no time!

I will be coming here instead moving forward.

Worth the cost of membership for the DMV service offered. Have also used Roadside Assistance. Great for peace of mind when you drive an order model vehicle. Also have my insurance here. Most coverage for the money.

Really easy and quick to get an IDP. The lady who was working at the door (covid protocol for entry into AAA) processed me as fast as I could fill out the forms while still helping other customers! Every visit is fast and pain-free. Makes a membership worth it if only to avoid the dmv.

I throughly like this office. Every experience I've had here ,the employees are very nice and courteous. They are the best!

No line, although I had an appointment, to get a temporary HC placard. Helpful clerks who know the DMV process and strict rules. Easy parking once you get into the parking garage.
