Royal Donut Shop

My brother from another mother knows that I love donuts and haven’t had a good one in a while now, so he took me to Royals and he was on the money when he said they are the best donuts! Their selection covered all the old school basics and we were there in the afternoon, not early in the morning when you find the best selection. My choices include a maple bar, a jelly donut, a glazed donut, a maple old fashioned, a glazed old fashioned, and more! My whole family agreed they were delicious! The next time I am trying a cinnamon roll and an Apple fritter as well!

Love donuts. Love donuts places that are open 24hrs. Got a dozen donut holes and an almond croissant. Both were good. I would definitely get donuts here again if I’m in the area.

The donuts are pretty good here. Also says it open 24 hrs on the front window.I got the chocolate old fashion and the French twist, i see quite a selection of donuts looks really yummy behind glass counter area. Coffee smells amazing here. Price is average for a local donut shop in the area. This shop is a local retailer so you can purchase lotto tickets and scratchers they have 2 vending machines so that's a good thing to know. I would recommend this place and definitely be back again.

Best apple fritter, cinnamon roll and buttermilk glazed. Must get them and eat them when they're fresh.

Another hidden no frills hidden gem. Doughnuts are way better than anything from Krispy Kreme and their original blend coffee is delicious - rich and SMOOTH. Self service on the coffee so don't go on there if you're looking to be spoiled and treated like the entitled brat that you are...

Wow! Was not expecting them to be so good. Had their chocolate glazed old fashioned raised donuts. They are large yeasty pillows of goodness. Only infraction is not enough of the chocolate glaze in proportion but I'll survive!

Went for a midnight coffee run and met the nicest guy who happens to be the owner of this family owned restaurant. He made us try donuts and got to know us too. Coffee's not that bad. The donuts tasted deliciously homemade. I'll probably stop by another time, maybe sometime in the day to see what else they serve.

Donuts are good here, but i especially go here for the Apple Fritters and lottery

Love this Donut shop. I always have a great experience. First, I'm always greeted by an amazing staff. Second, the donuts are delicious. Because of the service, this is my #1 donut shop. Keep up the great work.

Great donuts and at the convenience of 24 hours. The few times here the donuts taste fresh and are well made. You can customize and fill donuts as well, if you like filing. Good variety as well at any time of day. Been there during late nights, mid day and morning and the stock does change much.

best donut shop around, especially if you buy one right after they make it (yum! so warm and good in me!) one of the few 24 hour chill spots in the area too. staff is low key and cool, how I prefer it to be

edit: in response to previous reviews, there is clear signage that you will be towed if you are not a patron at the shop, it specifies the restaurant next door.
in response to another review, there is a bathroom that is open until 10pm, you have to ask for a key

If you are coming to this place expecting Soy milk and Almond Milk, you must be dreaming, Starbucks is just up the road. If you want no nonsense Coffee and donuts. This is the place. The donuts and Coffee are Fresh and they are open 24 hours with Free wifi. Great place to study, never too packed.

If your going to have a donut go here it’s worth using your cheat day bucks, or just if you want a really great donut. They make them fresh and not greasy. You can also buy lotto scratchers good luck!

I have lived all across the U.S. - including San Francisco and New York - and these are the best donuts I've had. They are soft and fresh. Our favorites are blueberry and the butter bar.

Fast friendly service. The coffee and pastries are always good. It is also one of the places that I've found that carry cronuts in Daly City. An awesome local spot.
