Dong Quanli DDS

My son had an emergency and it was nice to not have to drive up to the city to have the students practice on him... he enjoyed his experience and liked his specialist... the staff was very nice and you could tell they CARE! Thank you Dr Quanli and staff..

Dr. Dong and STAFF gave me hope when I needed it most... all I can say is take care of your teeth and gums.. you don't know what u got till it's gone..

I really need a dental service because the filling on my teeth fell off recently. This clinic is on the San Mateo Medi-Cal provider list. I have been hesitant for a long time because of the reviews on yelp (I know it's google here) for this clinic. However, other dental clinics are either not accepting new patients or the waiting list is too long. I decided to try this clinic. It turned out to be a very good experience.
The front desk is very nice. I went there on Friday to check if they accept new patients. After a short and smooth conversation, the front desk lady helped me to schedule the first appointment for next Monday. That’s amazing.
Dr. Ton is a kind, gentle, and professional dentist. I believe she is a native English speaker, but she can also speak Cantonese. She helped me with all the filling and deep cleaning. The work she did was very well. The filling is strong and looks good so far.
If you want the advice, I will suggest you go there for a look and then make your decision.

Thank god Dr. Dong is back and she’s very patient with my son. From my own experience the staff there is friendly and treat us with respect . I am so happy and grateful Dr. Dong she’s able to work on my son dental care. The office is clean and plenty of parking that’s a plus for me . Thank you Dr. Dong and also Dr. Tom she’s also very nice and helpful.

Had very painful and sudden toothache. This staff helped me in a very timely and RESPECTFUL manner while I was in pain. really appreciate their help. Within one hour I had a plan for my toothache and long term dental care. Highly recommended

This is now my favorite dentist they are very kind and makes you feel at home and always double checking their work to make sure you’re satisfied and always going home with a smile!:)

Been going here for years. The costumer service is awesome and I have had great dental care. Nothing that deserves less that 5 stars!

Expected a little waiting time. I arrived 15 mins early and my appointment time was 10:30 ending up going in 10:50. So just don't come in too early 😅Dr. Tong is a gentle soft spoken person. All is fine.

Best place , affordable implants , friendly staff. I am patient here for the last 3 years . I know sometimes they can busy but the good thing is that their fees are affordable. Nice clean office

If your appointment is at 4 o'clock, there will be no doctor to see you at 5 o'clock, and they will say they don't have time today, and ask you to make another appointment. This is the rudest and most unprofessional clinic I have ever seen.

Warning this office will process you like cattle. If your appt. is at 10am you won't be seen till 10:30-10:45 if you're lucky. The receptionist is awful, she is very condescending and is disrespectful. She is not clear when setting up appointments with the doctors. We had to go back 2x because the doctor was "sick" (mind you she told me to call 2 weeks earlier to set up this appt. but couldn't call me before I came in to let me know the Dr. is "sick") the appt. was on a Wed. And, the other time the doctor couldn't do the procedure because it would need verification for insurance. Could they not have done it prior to the appointment? The receptionist's name is Marlene and treats clients like cattle. She is dismissive, when I asked why they didn't check before whether or not the procedure was covered through my dental insurance, she responded "You don't need to come to this dentist office, there are others!" This is NOT OK, you don't say that to clients. Again, this place will treat you like cattle, the dentists are mediocre, they also use generic low quality dental products, and their facility is not thoroughly clean. I've witnessed staff coming in and they don't wash their hands nor put on a new pair of gloves. One Marlene was right about, there are other dentist in the are. Stay away from this dentist office.

My family members and I found our entire experience with this office to be extremely unprofessional and costly in terms of my time and energy. They miss schedule and "forget" or are "too busy" to tell you they can no longer take you on the time of you appointment. They are un-welling to contact other dentists or specialist on your behalf to request or exchange medical information.

I am very unhappy with my my experience here. The front seat attendant was rude and didn't say hello back to me. She just said "appointment" then ordered me to sit. The dentist speaks terrible English and is rude. As soon as she started to clean my teeth she hit a nerve and sent me flying out of the chair. She blamed this on my teeth being sensitive. I've never had this happen before. She then rushed the teeth cleaning job, spending less than 10 minutes cleaning. It's been over a year since my teeth were cleaned. It should of taken a minimum of 30mins. I was married to a hygienist for many years. I know what goes into a proper teeth cleaning. I can still feel the plaque on my teeth. When I mentioned this she got agitated and said "I clean teeth very well, I'm dentist!" The hygienist then spent 15mins polishing my teeth trying to get all the plaque the dentist missed. Note to dentist: This is America. If you want to do business here, learn American manners and standards.

Vivian Dong is nothing but rude to her clients, impatient, and likes to sweep things under the rug.

If you are a person so likes to waste money, this is the right place for you.
