Bernard, Nic and Mike were excellent! They replaced the F/R dif fluids, Transmission fluid, transfer case fluid, front LCAs, F CV Axels, F caster bolts, F end links and all three U-joints on my 05 Tacoma. The price was reasonable and the team did a great job! It took a few days since it was a big job, but they kept me updated the whole time and my truck feels new again. Thanks guys! Everything about my experience with Advantage was incredible. I bought a 2006 Subaru Legacy sedan, and I absolutely love this car. The sales people were very friendly and helpful and never once made me feel pressured. Not too long after buying the car I experienced some problems. The service department worked hard and fast to make sure everything was fixed, at no cost to me. Kristy and Ken couldn't have been more helpful, they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I would encourage anyone interested in buying a new or used car to go to Advantage Auto and Advantage Nissan. The best car buying experience I've ever had.

Very friendly, great service. They had no problem with me bringing in my own oil and filter in as I use a different brand than they carry. On top of the oil change service they washed my car, topped of washer fluid and did a general inspection(brakes, battery and such). Very please. Will be a return customer when I'm too lazy to do my own oil change

These guys helped me out of a jam. My only car wouldn't start and these guys fit me in and fixed my truck that day. I called several mechanics and most said they would leave my truck parked for a couple of weeks before they would even touch it. Advantage saved me a huge rental car bill. These guys are really there for you!

I've purchased 4 vehicles from the Advantage and they have been nothing but professional and courteous, Jermami is a great salesman, always willing to help after the purchase. I also like that the first oil change is included. I will keep going their my vehicle purchases and service.

I have never felt more happy being at a dealership, they provide all the information people need. They don't hide anything or push you to buy anything. I am very comfortable with my purchase and for as long as I live in Washington I will never think of going go a different dealership. If you want a car I FULLY recommend advantage autoworks! On a scale of 1-5 I give Michael an 8. He explained everything about buying my car and was honest about everything he is no where near the pushy car salesman he doesn't push anything and always makes you feel comfortable with your purchase!
