Had a great casual dinner here. Picked the Davy salad with arugula, salmon, aged cheddar, candied walnuts, fresh corn, avocado all paired with ginger sesame dressing. Really good dish. The staff were here friendly and helpful. They even offered a free pastry because they were getting ready to close. Would recommend

Had a fantastic meal here. The restaurant was testing out a new menu item so we got to try their beef and chicken kabobs which was very juicy and flavorful, paired perfectly with the sides it came with. The place is very welcoming with its inviting ambiance and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place for brunch/lunch. Looking forward to another great meal there!

It was PERFECT !! Amazing fresh everything! Fabulous service and presentation. Beautifully decorated. I love have not had such fresh food and beautifully prepared in years. Incredibly reasonable prices and meal sizes. Don't waste your money at Local Union or Sweet Maple this is now the only place we will eat in Palo Alto.

Great place to get variety of sandwiches, salads, sides and soups. Servers are very nice and keep checking to make sure one is comfortable. Indoors is very spacious and artistic. I love their infused water. I got spicy chicken sandwich and a salad, it was delicious. I keep coming back to this place. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants at University avenue. Surrounding are nice and vibrant. Plenty street parking available and there are extra open parking and garages available for free on weekends and 2-3 hours parking on weekdays.
Update: I have been going to this cafe from a while. It’s at a prime location and car needs to be parked in nearby parking lots. I have tried sandwiches and salads at this place, they are always full of flavors, fresh and delicious. Don’t forget to get the fruit infused water.

Went in person after frequent door deliveries, and while it’s delicious and convenient delivered to my door, it’s even better eating my favorite shrimp summer rolls freshly made. Other favs are the Asian chicken noodle soup, the Davy salad (grilled salmon with arugula perfectly dressed), the truffle tater tots and sweet potato fries. Service was good and the restaurant was very clean with a good vibe. Highly recommend for both delivery and dining at the restaurant.

I love to order custom salads here. Mark the ingredients on the checklist and get exactly what you're in the mood for. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is helpful! The food here is much tastier than other salad bars in the area.

Note: The double doors can make you wonder if Sprout is open. The left door may be latched while the right door is very stiff. Plant your feet and give it a firm pull.

Great place for salads and other healthy foods, right on University. Large selection of proteins - love their grilled tri-tip. Very busy during weekday lunch hours.
Finally also open on Sunday, yay :)

Yea BREAKFAST AT SPROUT!!
From the menu choices, to the presentation, taste and quality of the food, we were delighted. Ditch the poor cuisine and the line at Sweet Maple and come to Sprout Café!

I had the Southwestern Salad ($13.95), and I added a protein (Curry Spiced Chicken), for an additional $3.95.
It was a very nice salad. Everything tasted fresh, and the chicken was nicely cooked and seasoned.
I recommend this place for a nice lunch.
I will be back.

This place was super busy when we got there but was well worth it. The salad was delicious even though they got my order wrong. I felt bad for returning it but they made my order in no time.

Food is very good. Delicious, fresh flavors are evident in the excellent quality of the dishes. Nice and local restaurant too.

Ordered here as part of a corporate delivery order from ezcater. Steak sandwich was delicious and the boxed meal included all the essentials with a cookie, chips, and fruit.

Super delicious and fresh salads + soups, the way I could not prepare it any better at home. Very consistent in their quality and service level! Only 2 downsides, one is the noise level inside the other having not so many seating options outside that have sun. Overall my No.1 food place on University Avenue. 😍

I'm been going there for years and it's still one of my favorite place for a delicious light meal.

Great salads, clean kitchen... They even have a few charging spots if you're lucky to get the right table. Highly recommended!
