Jimmy D's Hwy 3 Roadhouse

We got take-out Indian food here last week for the first time and it was soooo yummy! The spice wasn't quite there is the only thing - we got medium and barely tasted any heat so next time will kick it up to spicy and see how that goes. They have several veggie options and of those you can make most vegan (we have a dairy allergy). We tried the Bangan Bharta, Aloo Saag, and Okra Masala and all were delicious, however, the standout dish by far was the Bangan Bharta - the eggplant was soooooo smokey, it was amazing!!! This will be a permanent item for every order! Can't wait to go back and try some other dishes!

I’ve never been here in the 6+ years living in the area. I’m not a big meat eater so that was the main reason. I heard they served Indian food now. I HAD to check it out since I love that cuisine. I was not disappointed! The food was wonderful, flavorful, and spot on from what I remember from excellent chefs in the past. The owner was pleasant and courteous and was happy to discuss the menu and this new business venture in the area. I encourage anyone who enjoys cuisine from India to try this place.

Haven't been able to stop by for a bite, but they were more than welcoming to let my 5yr daughter use the restroom after the gas station across the street said there was not one she could use.
We'll be stopping by soon to enjoy some eats!

So Jimmy D’s is now serving Indian food and let me tell oh my yum!!! Had the butter chicken it was incredible! I have never been a big fan of Indian food but I have turned a new chapter in my life and can’t wait to come back! The chicken was incredibly tender and the sauce was amazing! Met the owner Bali he is so nice, will definitely be back!!!! Should have taken a picture unfortunately it didn’t last that long 😂

Super-sized portions and it also tastes great! Will definitely return for more.

If you haven't tried Jimmy D's in awhile you may not know they serve Indian food now. If that's your thing you need to try them ASAP. Best Indian food I've had in a looonnggg time. I got the Garlic Naan, Chicken Vindaloo Curry, and Tikka Masala. I will never order from another restaurant again when we have a Indian food craving. Seriously go try it TODAY!

I have been coming here for over 30 years. It looks the same in the dinning area. I never have been disappointed here.

Our absolutely most favorite place for breakfast and lunch (haven’t tried dinner yet). The food is plentiful and delicious. Our server Tash is attentive, efficient and really a nice person. The food has been consistently excellent over time (2 years coming). The decor is old and that’s part of the roadhouse charm! Haven’t ever had a bad meal.

THIS is the Jimmys you want to go to. Great service, cool decor, great food menu items and they now have Indian food available as well. A cool little place to shoot pool and it's open for breakfast, lunch, dinner in the front area for families and minors.

A old-time 24hr favorite that has a relaxed atmosphere, good prices, good food, and a great patio with a salmon stream behind it with a fire pit.

This is what you would expect from a roadhouse. It is separated between an adult area and a family area. The food was good, the service was excellent, and we got some good, easy food to eat quickly while traveling. You cannot ask for much more. Would recommend, would return.

I can't tell you how grateful I am to finally have access to good Indian food near Port Orchard! I had the lamb curry and the lamb was extrememly tender and the dish was well spiced both with the right herbs and spice level. I like spicy-spicy and it didn't dissapoint! Spot on and tough to find in the spice-timid WA rural food-desert. Additionally, something needs to be said about what appears to be a truly beautiful attempt at bringing people together through good food. The addition of Indian food by the new owners while keeping the classic greasy spoon menu is both well executed and brilliant. Our family is a regular to Indian food but the older couple that sat down next to us responded to the waiters information about now serving Indian food with a rather curt, "I don't know what Indian food is, I don't think I will be trying that...are there new owners of Jimmy D's or something?" I was so glad to see they did end up trying at least a samosa and I could hear their enjoyment after taking a few bites with some tamarind chutney. We need this vortex and mixing pot in our rural societies these days more than ever and I truly appreciate the courage it probably took to open Gorst's mind to Indian food. Thanks and you have some local regulars that will also be around through the winter to help you through the winter snowbird lag.

First time here in years. Lovely atmosphere, service was excellent and the corned beef was real not canned. Reasonable prices and home cooked. We loved it!

I thought that a great meal for a fair price was a thing of the past. Not so at Jimmy D's! Their $15 Prime Rib Breakfast Skillet is fantastic! I went off menu for the bread choice and asked for a biscuit with gravy- telling my waiter (Eric) that I was okay paying extra. They didn't charge extra. Delicious, and great service!

Jimmy D’s on HWY 3…..The INDIAN FOOD IS AMAZING!! I hadn’t been here in a few years but remembered the food was always good. My friends and I stopped in around the time the kitchen was closing after playing golf. We discovered they have the regular menu plus a FUL INDIAN FOOD MENU. We all ordered Indian food, Saag Paneer, Tikka Masala, garlic naan and more. We are in love with this place again. I couldn’t believe how great it is. We are going back really soon ❤❤

I love ordering off the bar-food menu! They also have THAI FOOD NOW, and it's delicious! Tamra provides great service every time.
