Superb customer service and hearty portion sizes made with love. Good beverage and misc item selection on top of the amazing deli itself!

This is an awesome little deli inside a small convenient store. The prices are pretty low, but I think that's because the sandwiches aren't very big. It was the perfect size for lunch though. We were told breakfast hours on Saturday are flexible if you want to order later than 11:00 AM and that the eggs are fresh cracked, not carton. The sandwich tasted really good.

TL;DR The food here is amazing, affordable, portions are generous, the owner is a sweetheart, and this is a local gem that needs your help. Please give them your business.

This place is exceptional. We've been looking for a good sandwich place close enough to our apartment that isn't a Subway or a Potbelly. Paramount blows everyone out of the water. I'm from the Philly area and food, sandwiches, are a big deal to me. I've never had a genuinely delicious sandwich since moving here, until now. The owner is a delight, grateful for every customer, and it was a pleasure getting to meet her.

But not only does this place deserve your generosity, it also needs it. A local sandwich joint run by one woman who has been taking care of it herself since COVID hit small businesses hard. Crystal City and all of Arlington have been quickly losing these cozy gems. The ceaseless construction that makes it impossible to get anywhere has nearly blocked this place off to any traffic. I had to get the construction crew's permission to get in and out of this parking lot.

If you're reading this, you know for a fact that wouldn't fly if they screwed over any of the big names on Crystal Drive. Paramount doesn't deserve that, and Ms. Kim, the owner, doesn't deserve that. If you're looking for a good lunch place and have a moment for the wait--again, ONE WOMAN is running the show here--please give this place a chance. It has soul and it has love, two things you can't find a lot of around here. AND THE PORTIONS ARE BIG! If you need another reason to do it, that's it. Good food, big portions. Leftover worthy.

The owner here simply makes this experience out of this world. This sandwich shop has an option for everyone and customer service is off the charts. I came from out of town and while I was here I saw her interacting with her regular customers and just the smile that they brought on her place! 100% recommend this spot!

Amazing little café. Great warm drinks & sandwiches. Kim was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Would recommend to all flight crews overnighting in the area. Will definitely be back.

HIDDEN GEM! WOW! The wind literally blewe right threw the doors of Paramount Cafe. Upon entering my senses were in absolute delight! This place smelled was delicious 😋! Like a grammas house. Today was a day that I needed comfort, Like soul food comfort. Ms. Kim greeted me Soo warmly she was smiling and asked me how she could serve me? I was thrilled to try something new. She recommended the club focaccia and boy oh boy was it divine. The toasted rosemary Herb focaccia and the roasted turkey,ham and top notch bacon🥓.
I made some great connections Collen, John and Ms Kim. There's even a small store in the back with all of your everyday needs. But if you are looking for a small home away from home. This. Is. IT! You will leave on a high vibration ready to take the day by storm. The proof is in the FOOD!

Phenomenal food and customer service. I got #6: ham, turkey, bacon and chedder with lettuce and tomato. Very fresh and healthy. Fitness enthusiast approved! Kim I will recommend and be back!

This is a small sandwich shop that is open for limited hours at lunch. I got the Tuna bacon club and it was delicious. Great value for the new Amazon HQ2 development.

Great little cafe!! The sandwich hit just the right spot. She is only open 11:20-2 Wed and Thurs now, but worth putting on your schedule.

Super delicious sandwiches and wonderful service!! Twice I've had the Thanksgiving sandwich and though I keep wanting to try others, I just can't get enough. My partner has tried different ones, he was equally as happy. The woman who works there is so sweet. We walked up with our dog and instead of letting one of us just wait outside while the other ordered, she brought out a table and chairs for us to sit and wait and eat at without excluding our pup. She assured us every time we've been that she made the sandwiches with extra love, which explains why they're so good! Highly recommend.

A wonderful local business with very nice sandwiches. Prices are very good, especially for the area. Has coffee, smoothies, snacks, and a small grocery area in the back. They also offer free delivery within the area. The woman who owns the shop is the sweetest and friendliest person ever, and will accommodate you the best she can. Support this small local business!

Got a chance to swing by for lunch since I was staying nearby. Great food and the owner is incredibly sweet. She took the time to make my lunch herself and we chatted for a while. Food was delicious and she made this Texan feel very welcome on his first trip to DC. If you need some coffee, tea, or a quick bite, definitely stop by!

Great place to grab a sandwich. They will modify anything to your liking. Very polite & great service. Highly recommend you stop by. I do when in town for business. We need to keep these small mom & pops open & thriving.

Nice little cafe inside of a store. The menu has some solid breakfast options (bagels or croissants) along with a larger menu for lunch. We stopped in for breakfast. I had a croissant with ham and egg, it was really good. Nice buttery croissant. My wife had a croissant with egg and enjoyed it, my daughter ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks from their cooler set us back under 17.00. We left fed and happy and will def stop in again. The owner was really friendly.

The lady who took our orders and served our sandwiches was so pleasant and friendly! If I lived closer, I would go there every week and spend all my money on that delicious food, if nothing else than to support a business where the staff is so outstanding! My sandwich was incredibly good! Also, they sell stroopwafels so I was in heaven.

My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years. We absolutely love this place. Food is amazing! Price is reasonable. Camilla (owner) is one of the sweetest person I have ever met. We literally have tried every item on the menu, and you can’t go wrong with any of your choices. I crave the breakfast sandwich & vanilla latte in a regular bases 😏. If you are in the area and need a quick bite, then this is your spot.

Highly recommend if you are staying at a hotel nearby. Crossing the street is easy enough and worth it for the affordable and delicious sandwiches. Very friendly and quick enough considering each sandwiches are made to order!

Sandwiches from here were excellent and the owner is the nicest lady ever. It's not really a restaurant (though there are tables) but makes for a great to go order and also has convenience store items/food. Not good for groups as each sandwich is made individually.
