Great place for shopping with super great place for best price on original products. Really enjoyed the malls and the food served. Definitely a place to visit.

OMG! Honley-moley, the Black Friday in July sales are so bonkers-great, you can't believe that the prices are real! With 20-80% off most, no taxes, you WILL find a bargain!! In particular the make up and perfumery, and the shoes. The stores are well lit, truely helpful and friendly staff who will search high and low to husband your shoes from the sales racks. Toilets are very clean, and the displays are very appealing. Temperature was very nice and atmosphere was vibrant.

I can’t speak highly enough of the experience I had with Tyrone who helped me out in the men’s department when I was trying to use a coupon on an item. I came in during the one of the busiest seasons looking for winter accessories. Tyrone was patient and so incredibly helpful. His service exceeded my expectations and therefore I highly recommend this location.

As most of Macy's stores, this one was great. You can find all kinds of brands and the best part is that the sales or clearance section is huge.

Convenient parking and easy to get to by Metro. Three floors of housewares, linens, clothing for the whole family, cosmetics, jewelry, and more. Lots of sales throughout the year.

A very nice Macy's! Husband had a clothing emergency and Abdul in Men's Dept. saved the day. Really understood what we needed and knew his stock so well he came up with the solution immediately (and with a smile!) despite being very busy with multiple customers. Great service!

I used to work in Macy's Pentagon from 2011 to 2013 in Fine China for couples who are getting married and want to furnish their home with Macy's products.

Had the best selection of clothing and sizes. Just wished I didn't have to go pass 2 Macy's to get what I needed.

Great customer service from all associates we came into contact with and exceptional service from Lancome rep.

The staff was very cordial and I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service.

Edgar and Jordan from Sunglass Hut at the Pentagon City mall were true professionals with their customer service. They both were very informative and earnest in providing me the best advice with my purchase of sunglasses.

Blown away by the small business customer service provided at a department store. Roe in the jewelry department took such good care of us, grateful to have gotten to work with her. You'd be in good hands if you get the chance as well.

Their price is very fair for the quality of products they sell. Bought a Levi's khaki/jeans for 30% off. It was much cheaper than the actual Levi's store.
