West Hills Honda

I walked in not intending to get a car. It had been a whim that I scheduled a test drive with one of their cars. I had no hopes of getting what I wanted for a manageable price. I came in with my mom and left with the car of my dreams and a great deal thanks to my mom and my sales guys Matt Fried!! He was extremely understanding, flexible and patient with me and my mom as we browsed around. He found me a car better than the one I had come for and was extremely open and honest with us the whole process. Chris was just as open and honest with us and was able to work some magic to help me afford a first time car owner package that he had on his own car. People around us offer us water continuously and over the experience at West Hills Honda was fantastic.

I don't have alot of experience buying cars, but I've had a handful and the process can be exciting or can leave you traumatized, that I can tell you. For instance a nightmare past experience; when it's your 22nd b-day and you already paid $1,000 cash and the dealership is suppose to deliver your new car to you when you get off work and your so excited till they don't show up and you call them to find out they weren't able to finance it and will mail you a check for refund. So if I don't have the cash in hand I don't buy a car after that. Until my Honda civic started acting up a couple months ago and we decided it was time to think about getting something new. I was browsing but not certain on anything. I had a couple dealerships reach out from that, Matt being one of the contacts. He wasn't pushy and I could tell pretty instant that he actually cared more about me as the customer then thinking of me as a dollar sign. I wasn't sure when we would have the money for a down payment, but we kept texting for a cpl weeks. He sent me the website link and I'd tell him which cars I liked. He often checked up with me, to reassure me, that we were still on the same page. We finally were able to set up a day to meet, and my husband, daughter and I went out there. I'm so happy we did, it's literally changed the course of our lives for the better and I can picture his smile as he handed me the keys still. He was genuinely happy for us and let me just say Both Matt and Chris bent over backwards for us, getting us the best rates with the lowest down and I'm now driving the nicest, newest car with a lasting amazing experience to replace that travesty I once had. Thank you Matt and Chris, you guys made the Christmas card list for next year and I didn't even have a list till now.

I have purchased both my vehicles at west hills and have had a great experience both times. They were willing to work with me and work with my budget and still give me the car I really wanted. I will definitely purchase all my vehicles from them. Landon was very helpful and understanding and patient. I didn’t think it would be possible to get the car I wanted but the guys made it happen for me.

We had an exceptional experience with the team at West Hills Honda. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (it was clear she’d done her homework!), and the sales manager and the finance manager were all very competent and friendly. This was truly an experience in buying a car that neither my husband nor I had ever experienced. We will certainly be back when it’s time to update our truck. Thank you all!

Marshea is a professional that knows her product in and out. She was able to tell us all the features big and small of both cars we looked at. She was ready to help us at the drop of that hat. She had both the cars we wanted to see upfront and ready to drive. She is friendly and helpful. She did the song and dance of waters, coffee, blah blah blah that everyone does, but more she was personable took the time to get to know us and our needs in a vehicle and our limitations financially. We felt that she understood and heard us. She has respect for the customer's time, experience, and finances. She had suggestions that were helpful without pushing us into something we didn't want. She buttoned up the car and worked vigorously to get us out of the dealership at a decent time. Couldn't ask for much more. I would recommend Marshea to anyone looking to buy a car.

I’ve purchased many cars and this car buying experience was by far the best. Scott the salesman was so great, respectful and not pushy, and very transparent. The finance manager was also great and transparent. I purchased the 2024 Honda Pilot Trailsport which I love. Scott is the reason I will start referring West Hills Honda again to my friends, family and co-workers.

Scotty is EXCEPTIONAL across the board. He is very personable. He knows his product and was very helpful answering all of our questions. Communications were timely and we never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Six years ago I met Mike Columbus at West Hills Honda and decided if I was ever to buy another Honda I wanted him to be my salesman. And so on December 1st of this year I was back and bought a new 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid. Quick and easy, got a 2024 Civic Hatchback that only had 59 miles on it. The associates that helped me were Sera and David, awesome and straightforward! Didn’t try to deviate nor any shady sales tactics. Called me a few days later to check in and make sure I was absolutely happy with my purchase. I feel comfortable enough that if i have problems or questions, i could go back to them.

As a customer at West Hills Autoplex, who’s now brought 5 cars now, I had the pleasure of dealing with Jo’el (seen with me in the picture). His greatest qualities were the following: customer care, customer loyalty appreciation, and being flexible towards negotiating price.

Customer care: Jo’el responded well to my needs and intentions of purchasing a new CRV. At the point of sale, he took time and went over the details of the vehicle, such as settings and operations.

Customer loyalty appreciation: Jo’el and everyone there that night understood and observed that I was a returning customer and went out of their way to find a comfortable price , even if we had to switch selection of CRV and go with a standard CRV Hybrid, which we didn’t because I was a returning customer.

Being Flexible on the Price: Jo’el went to his manager a few times to come to an agreement what I was somewhat looking for and comfortable in payments.

Overall, it was a great experience.

The only thing that I wished that the interest rate was better in these trying times. With my credit score, I can probably refinance the vehicle when the rates go lower.

Received excellent service from salesman SCOTT. We did end up purchasing a 2024 odyssey with awesome deal. My only criticism is when picked up the car, gas tank was only 1/4 full , so we had to stop by a gas station for refill.

What a great experience. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I was totally satisfied with the purchase of my Passport. Agreed upon price with reasonable incentives. Fair trade in value. Yes. It's their job to sell cars. But the right attitude can make all the difference.
