Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-Rooter provided excellent service. They were available right away and their plumber was great. He was able to quickly fix the problem and work with us so it does not happen again. I highly recommend this company.

He was professional and friendly and made sure I understood the entirety of the issue before presenting me with two different options for service. From the moment they answered the phone to the time they left, the experience was fantastic. I was really surprised at how fast they arrived to address my plumbing problem. We had a very bad clog in our dual sink kitchen sink. Pasta got run through the disposal and waaay down the pipes got clogged. Carlos got here at 730 and was here until 10pm making sure the work got done and done right. He even ran to Home Depot to get a new piece of pipe that was needed. And he got me a discount on the work prior to starting when he heard I had to rush my dog to the emergency room the night before which cost us a lot of money. I would absolutely recommend these guys, and Carlos especially to anyone looking for good service with good moral compasses.

Wonderful experience. Received call prior to arrival of technician. Technician was Matthew - the disposal had to be completely replaced and Matthew ensured he acquired the correct model for replacement then installed tested and advised on lifespan of unit. My sewer drain became clogged. Several years ago I had the same problem and had used Roto-Rooter to fix and I was very happy with the service. So it was an easy decision to call RR again. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was friendly, courteous and very helpful. I told him i wanted to have the problem fixed ASAP and i was happy to learn he would have a technician at my house in 2 to 4 hours and would be provided 30 minutes advancecd notice. In less than an hour i received a text saying the techician would be at my house in 30 minutes and the technician arrived right on time. So far so good. Like the customer service rep i spoke to, the technician was very friendly and courteous. He assessed the situation and provided me an estimate of the cost. He impressed me as being very knowledgeable and honest, and i did not hesitate to give him the green light to go forward. On a relatively short period of time, he fixed the problem and what little mess he made, he cleaned up so you would have never known he was there. Punctual, friendly, honest and competant...i couldn't ask for anything more. But in addition to that, he spent a few minutes getting to know my dog so I didn't have to lock the dog up and have to hear him bark the whole time the technician was there. My dog made a new friend. But here's the topper, when it came me time to write the check, the technician offered me a discount. I could not have been happier. As I mentioned earlier, this is the second time I have had a very positive experience with Roto Rooter. I'm sold on the company and would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend this company for any plumbing need. I am somewhat reluctance in giving the company a 5 star rating because i'd like to give them a 6 star rating if I could!
