I walk a mile out of my way each way just to go here because it is worth it. I'm very picky about my clothes and have had bad experiences with cleaners ruining delicate materials & just being rude. The staff here is so lovely and helpful, I came in on a busy Saturday with a large order including both dry cleaning and alterations and they were very patient and helped me with everything. The alterations and cleaning were both perfect. They were even able to fully clean a silk blouse with discoloration that my old cleaners wouldn't even touch, and I had all but given up on. They are really so nice and honest and wouldn't even take a dress that I thought maybe should be taken in because they said it actually laid properly as is and they didn't want to charge me for unnecessary alterations, which I really appreciated. I also try my best to minimize my plastic usage, and they were very flexible and worked with me to put as many garments in the same bag as possible and use my own hangers from home. They are a bit on the pricier side, but honestly not outrageous for Arlington and again, they are well worth it. Pro tips: if you go in on Wednesday or Saturday the dry cleaning is 30% off (and Wednesdays tend to be a bit slower), if you pay in cash, it's an additional 5% off your whole order, and they keep a customer database with your phone number and text you when your order is ready and you don't even need to keep your ticket - so convenient! They really are the best in every respect and I only trust them with my clothes now.

I’ve been using them for a few years now and have had only good experiences. Their cleaning (both dry cleaning and laundry for the shirts) has been top notch and at good prices. They are friendly, know my name and there is almost never a line when I go in. I’ve used them to have some pants altered and have been pleased with those results as well. I travel a couple miles out of my way to use them and would encourage others to do so.

The quality and prices are great, and the staff is very friendly! I had a very large, dry clean only blanket that they did a wonderful job cleaning, and they gave me a little bit of money back after realizing it was smaller than they originally thought when pricing it, which was very nice of them! I've done standard dry cleaning, dress hemming, and I've had my wedding gown cleaned there several times and they do a great job! Very professional and courteous. And truly affordable!

Wonderful service and quality work. I have been going here for three years and I love how well they take care of my clothes and have very reasonable prices. If you take your dry cleaning in on Wednesdays or Saturdays there is a 30% discount, they also give discounts for paying in cash.

They really stand behind their service. I had them clean a very expensive new blouse and some of the buttons came off during the cleaning process. They found the same button, purchased it and sewed it back on. Excellent service, would give them 6 stars if I could.

New Members is fantastic; it's not only the least expensive place I can find (especially on Weds and Fri when it's 30% off!!) but the woman who runs it is very polite and courteous, and has excellent customer service. When she was unsure whether I wanted to dry clean a certain item, she texted me a picture of it and asked permission... 5/5, 10/10, love it.

I took a bridesmaids dress here to get hemmed. It had a few layers to it and I believe the total cost was around $60. If you pay in cash you get a 10% discount. The hemming was done well and the staff there is very kind and helpful.

They made a very good job shortening my leather dress, but also with dry cleaning of my silk shirts and dresses! Will definitely use them again.

Can not love this place more. I’ve been there for my dry clean all the time and also my family members go there too. People who work there always nice, they are really quick too. I normally go there Wednesday or Saturday because they have diccounts, but Saturday always busy. Sometimes I have problems but they always solve them for me nicely.

Needed a shirt tailored within 2 days and they made it happen, Great service and so so accommodating! The ladies were very kind and welcoming, highly recommend!
