The employee with green hair and the employee with the handlebar mustache were both very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was kind and helpful and I appreciate employees going the extra mile to improve our experience.

Compared to other apple stores in the area I felt that the level of service was higher, they were on-time for my Genius Bar reservation and helped resolve my issue you swiftly and easily. Been going here for 10 years now and is definitely my favorite Apple Store in the DC area.

everyone was very helpful in helping me figure out the issue with my laptop. i dropped it off and had it back 2 days later. they were fast, communicative, and explained things very well. it came back looking brand new and i haven’t had any problems since. i will return for any future apple purchases

Stopped in with ipad issue this morning. Orlando was beyond helpful! Knowledgeable, helpful, patient AND got my problem fixed in a timely manner after I struck out several times with Apple online support. Kudos to Orlando!

I was helped by an associate whose name I didn’t catch, but I know he was a Ghanaian physician (I mention this so he can hopefully receive kudos for his great work, too). Ultimately, my laptop wasn’t able to be fixed, but he was really sweet and thoughtful throughout our interaction.

Such a beautiful store with a very welcoming atmosphere. The employees are very helpful, friendly and are able to help with all things Apple. 10/10 stars

I went in unknowingly 10 minutes before closing with an urgent charging issue and Axel at the Genius Bar helped me immediately and was very gracious. Thank you.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Made an appointment and went in for a battery replacement for a three year old phone. Apple website says it should take about 30 minutes, this store said it would be an hour when I dropped it off. It took about an hour and 10 which is a bit slow, but was more than made up for by quality work and excellent interactions with every employee I talked to at the store. There were several interesting classes going on while I was there which seemed worth stopping by for later on. It’s a busy area so you may have to search a little for parking, but there is street parking available in the 1/2 mile area.

This is my go-to Apple Store in the area. Super friendly staff and it’s never super crowded which is nice for browsing.

My phone had some water damage and I have apple care so I set up a next day appointment. Brian was AMAZING. I was literally in at 12:50 and out by 1:20. If I am EVER having any sort of technical difficulties or anyone else I know is, I’m sending them to this Apple Store. Everyone is so friendly and it is BEYOND efficient.

I had a great experience at the Genius Bar with Boykin. I came in for a software fix on my MacBook, and he was very helpful and professional, and quickly resolved the issue. Thank you Boykin!

Stopped in and made an appt with someone at the Genius Bar, which was very easy to do in person (so difficult online). Returned for my appt with Theodore who was amazing!! So kind, patient, and helpful. Not a pushy sales person at all. I will definitely go there when it’s time to get a new computer. Really appreciated this customer service experience.

Very nice store with helpful employees. Needed a new phone, computer and parental control guidance. We were in and out quickly which I really do appreciate.

I had such a wonderful experience at this store. My phone had a hardware fault and needed to be replaced. I walked into the Apple store with no appointment and no idea about what my options would be or how much it would cost. The team was so caring and supportive and managed to order me a replacement phone that arrived much sooner than I had hoped. Swapping the broken phone out for a new one was painless. I was just blown away by how quick, kind, and knowledgeable everyone I dealt with was. Absolutely great customer service. I walked in nearly in tears worried about whether I would have a phone in time for Christmas travel and I walked out with a smile on my face!

I have always had a positive experience with this store. However, i tend to go on weekdays with less crowds. Also, apple’s support policy isn’t the best, they charge for everything, but that’s apple’s fault not the stores.

Theodore was a technical support rep. he was more than kind to take care of my inquiry, even if I didn't have an appointment, he tried to help me as much as possible, after i decided to purchase new MacBook Theodore brought a sales rep. whose name was Jane .
Both were so kind ,of course had a great professional manner.
Jane tried to explain what model is best for my need.
She was so knowledgeable.
Finally I decided to buy new MacBook ,even if I chose more expensive than my thoughts, but Jane's explanations made me to do that.

Had a fabulous experience today upgrading my iPhone. Worked with Jeffrey who is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Walked me through the prices for purchasing as well as the setup of my new phone post purchase. Patient, personable and all around great guy. Would definitely return for this level of customer service rather than purchasing online and having to set up myself. Thanks Jeffrey!

Ry is amazing. He saved me an hour and a half trip to the Short Pump location. He helped me with my issue in less than 5 min.

I travel from Maryland to this apple store every time I purchase a new apple product. Their customer service is always exceptional and I am never disappointed. My experience today was no different. Thanks guys! You are appreciated.

I have read and don't question the negative reviews. But, in contrast to other's bad experiences, mine today was flawless. I had a 2:30 appointment with a tech but arrived a half hour early. They said that all the techs were busy but they would text me if one became available before my reserved time. And indeed about 15 minutes later I received a text. When I walked back into the store, Jasmine, my assigned tech was waiting. She could not have been nicer. She immediately got to work fixing the problem which she accomplished promptly. I was very pleasantly surprised and satisfied.
