I wish I could post the ring I had made here. Sadly I can't because I don't want my girlfriend to see it before the big day 🤗 From the day I walked in up to the final product, the team at Jewelry Dr has been the most helpful, positive, and supportive group of people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I was inspired by a design from an Instagram post, and they made it into reality. I ended up altering virtually every aspect of the ring, and they were accommodating each idea I had and patiently adjusted the 3d model each time. Even when I couldn't quite find the words to explain something due to my inexperience, they explained what it was and how it could be applied to a real physical piece. I went into that jewelry store hopeful and left a very happy man.

I met Jesse at the Jewelry Dr when I was searching for 22-24k gold jewelry. I wanted a 22k solid gold signet ring. Jesse was all in. He made the ring from a wax mold. He found a unique black opal in Australia. I love it. So many compliments. High quality. I have also purchased a 24k 24-inch sold gold necklace. It's gorgeous. Jesse's price 5900.00. Appraisal came back 6800.00. Customer service is important to Jewelry Dr. I have always been treated with respect and received calls or texts with order updates. This business deserves five stars because they will make or find the jewelry you want and their prices are supported by appraisals.

Wow! I really enjoyed my time with Jewelry Dr. they are both kind and helpful. I sold my scrap gold and they offered me the best prices. They even told me I should have something appraised and sell it elsewhere, when they could have bought it ant scrap and sold it themselves. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that was demonstrated. I know who my forever jeweler is going to be.

Wonderful experience here, came for a battery replacement in my watch, turns out that was not the issue, but a simple fix instead - watch is ticking just fine now and I appreciate all the help I got from Ashley & your mechanic!

The Jewelry Dr. is the BEST !!! I brought in some rings that was handed down from my father . The rings were too small to wear but nice and I wanted to do something special with them. The Jewelry Dr. and the staff took there time and patience working with me threw this process. I designed the ring then sent it in with they helped me bring it into life . My mom came in with a Titanium with yellow and white Bracelet on Thursday 04/25/2024. It needed to be tightened and Steven tightened it for her. She is very very excited that she can wear it again.

I was going to provide photos, but I just couldn't get any that did their beautiful work justice. I brought in a damaged silver and cubic zirconia ring, they fixed the damage, resized it, and polished it. It looks brand new now. They did such a beautiful job on it, that my nephew brought in his army ring to have the gold plating done. They also did a beautiful job on that, and the price was more than reasonable.

Let me tell you a little story, last weekend I accidentally damaged my vintage engagement ring, prongs were smashed and I lost a small diamond by ways of picking pumpkins. It was a sad day. I ran to Jared because they had same day repairs where I was informed that basically it was a wash or it would cost me 1,000 to repair. Next I went to Kay's since they've replaced a little diamond for me several months ago, who told me a similar story but referred me to the Jewelry Dr. Man, the Jewelry Dr is the really MVP. They fixed it at a very reasonable price, they were quick and very helpful. 100% recommend these guys if you need repairs, skip the other guys. My ring is back to looking its normal beautiful self!

Fixed my automatic and immediately refunded me when their system accidently charged more than what it was supposed to. Will def come back for the great customer service!

Always a blast stopping by their shop. The owner Steve, his son Jesse and their staff are always super chill, laid back and reasonable people. I've purchased, had sizing work done, bought and sold scrap jewelry to them, ordered items, even bought some bullion at fair and even insanely great pricing I'd seldom be able to find anywhere else.

I went in on my daughters birthday just to look at what they had, didn't buy at all that day and he gave her and her sister a lil gram of silver before we left. It's not worth much by any material means, but it meant the world to them. That single gesture showed me that he's there to make money, but not at the cost of his humanity unlike many other jewelry stores that squeeze every penny they can get at any cost.

They take excellent care of their regulars and legitimately love what they do. The only time I would look elsewhere for my business is if they absolutely did not have what I needed in stock. They have consistently earned my loyalty more and more upon every visit I've made in.

I was having so much trouble finding a engagement ring. I went to so many jewelry shops and couldn’t find any rings I really liked till I walked into Jewelry Dr. Steven really helped me out showed me a bunch of rings and then I saw one I really liked and it looks amazing and my fiancé loves it.

I strongly recommend working with this company, they are very personable and work hard to meat deadlines for their customers.

I have been going to Jewelry Dr for almost 2 years now and won't go anywhere else because they are totally awesome!!! I would give them a million stars if I could! Top notch service, extremely knowledgeable and the prices for services and jewelry are fair and reasonable. They are warm and inviting and treat me like family every time I go into their establishment which is quite often( I have an extensive watch collection⌚ 😉😘) The owners are very professional and well versed in jewelry making and repair and I wouldn't trust my precious collection with anyone else but them. They love and respect their veterans and even offer a military discount on most services and goods. I can't say enough wonderful things about the owners of this shop because they are the best there is! Absolutely incredible!! My fiance and I were looking for an affordable place to get my engagement ring resized and everywhere was either backlogged or way too expensive. We were directed here and I would come back for any jewelry repair! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, they care about the work they do, and my ring is gorgeous!!

I strictly will only trust them with my purchase. They are beyond welcoming and highly knowledgeable. Very fair and honest. After a few purchases I say they definitely were not a cookie cutter jewelry store they value the customers and treat them like clients. There’s a big difference. You might start as a customer but will quickly only go to them because of clients care.
