Sitting at the big picture window over looking the city, my childhood friend and I enjoyed a beautiful and tasty meal that tickled our taste buds. The cocktails were pretty and the food…!!! My favorite part of the meal was the Tres Leche Cake with the crème brûlée strawberries and cantaloupe. It was enough for four people to share! Good food, good people, and good cocktails makes a foodie happy!!

Was greated promptly upon entering by their host, nice bar with good options and attentive bar tenders, all staff during dinner was on point. Our table had the papas braves and cheese apps. Excellent. Several of us had the meet and seafood paella. Also well prepared and flavorful. For dessert we had fresh churros. Thank you for a great experience for my sisters birthday.

My friends and I had an absolutely amazing NYE celebration dinner at SER! The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us for our reservation and sat us immediately. We all loved the lively atmosphere getting ready to ring in 2024. But where we were truly blown away is both in service and food! Our waiter, Moises, went ABOVE and beyond for us. He was able to work with the bartender to slightly customize one of their cocktails for one of us and it was spectacular. He also gave us great advice in selecting a wine in our budget that paired perfectly with everything we ordered. My boyfriend was obsessed with the smoke in his old fashioned and Moises packed up a small sample of the wood chips they use in that smoker for us to try at home. We didn’t even ask for it, he just went and brought it to our table. I’ve never felt more welcomed and truly taken care of by wait staff like that! Moises is clearly someone who loves his job and the smallest gesture shows that. Now to the food. It was all OUTSTANDING. We all shared a few tapas (super fresh and tender octopus, Catalonian tomato bread, and croquettes) and then split the paella and the rabbit. Truly, this was some of the best Spanish food I’ve ever had outside of Europe. We finished with the Manchengo Cheesecake which is a must try (even if you’re not a big sweets fan, it was so good). We can’t wait to come back for more! Thank you to Moises and the whole team at SER for making it a perfect celebration!

It was our first time at SER and definitely the first of many to come! Everything was amazing! Delicious food, great portion sizes! Top notch service, Our server was Miguel and he gave us awesome recommendations for food, cocktails and wine and he made us felt at home since we got there.
The gambas and the scallops were delicious but the Smoked Pork Shoulder it’s out of this world! I will come back soon!

My daughter & I enjoyed a wonderful dinner the Saturday before Mother’s Day. We shared a series of tasty and well prepared small plates of all kinds. My personal favorite was the beef short ribs and mashed potatoes for both its taste and sentimental reasons. The atmosphere was vibrant and interesting, but you could still easily enjoy your conversation. Our waiter was great, too. He was not hanging over us but was always there at the right time, usually bearing another fine dish and bringing clean plates and silverware to replace the used ones. Unfortunately, I did not take photos; but everything was lovely and tasted good.

What a fantastic experience! We tried so many dishes and every one of them was amazing. Our favorites were probably the langosteen's and the raw tuna dish, but I also loved that they had whole grilled sardines which are so hard to find around here. The fried shark bites were okay, I'm glad we tried them but I probably wouldn't get them again. The salted cod fritters were a wonderful surprise, and not salty at all. They were perfectly seasoned and fried, with a light citrus background to compliment the fritter. The salads were perfectly dressed, not too rich and just enough to accompany the tapas. I highly recommend trying the olive bread with olive oil and a couple drops of fresh lemon juice to accompany your meal. So glad to have experienced dinner at SER!

The Wagyu flank steak with chimichurri sauce and sauteed vegetables was delicious. The entree came with warm, hearty bread and olive oil for dipping. The service at the bar was prompt and friendly. The ambiance was relaxed and peaceful. The location is convenient.

Great discovery. The food was just amazing. We had the Magret de Pato and the Presa de cerdo ibérico ahumada and the Goxua for dessert. The specialty cocktails were also great, the diablo and another one with gin and blackberry but I don't remember the name. We were served by Christian and he was just so nice and gave us great recommendations. We'll be back.

Another wonderful experience at SER. The dishes were delicious and plentiful. The fresh ingredients and seasoning resulted in rich and flavorful foods. As usual, the service was exceptional. Anna was friendly, patient, and highly attentive to our progress and needs during the meal. She's a true professional and should be commended by management. There's an variety of wines to select from for any occasion and pairing.
I highly recommend SER for any (but fast food) dining experiences.

"An absolute delight, thanks to my friends! Their favorite Spanish spot did not disappoint. The standout dish for me? The seafood paella- it's bursting with clams, shrimp, octopus - you name it. Every dish is a must-try. But beware of the bread, it's dangerously tasty for a pre-meal treat 😉. Their sangria is next level - fruit integrated into ice cubes that melt as you sip. The vibe's perfect for group hangouts or cozy dates. Can't wait to try their outdoor seating next time I'm in town.

Great spot for a date night! We got pan catalana, patatas bravas, and paella and it was all delicious! Our server was fantastic and I really enjoyed speaking with him (in two different languages too).

My sons came down from NYC to celebrate my wife’s Birthday this weekend and we sought a restaurant keto friendly and were recommended to SER as a really good Spanish Restaurant to try . We had an excellent experience thanks to Owner Javier, manager Sergio and a special thanks to our young hostess Ana who took excellent care of the entire table last night with patience and great service (helped by her teammates)

As Ashburn residents, we have lots of choices but out visit was well worth it. First of all Owner Javier and personally responded to our request and ensured we had a lovely round table so we could all sit and see each other while eating. And although he was celebrating his own wife’s Birthday later that evening, made it a point to come across several times to check on us. They also were very accommodating allowing us to bring a birthday cake in and after singing Happy Birthday cut it up into small plates for us. As I mentioned OUTSTANDING service and the ownership and management really went out of their way to make this a wonderful experience. My wife was very happy as well as the rest of our family.

The ambiance of the restaurant is super bright and trendy with a large area inside for dining and one outside I assume when the pandemic as rife.

We were all hungry and quickly put in an order for appetizers and main courses:

6 cheese selection (great selection cheeses and accompanying sauces). The bread served with oil and black pepper (u have to ask) great.
4 Cold cut selection. Super again and even the 2 smaller children enjoyed
Shrimp Cocktail. Good except shrimp wasn’t peeled so some work to be done.
Gambas al ajillo (shrimp garlic and spices) Great
2 chilled lobsters. Amazing value and so tasty
The octopus was a surprise hit and so was the shark and the baby squid
The spicy potatoes went well with the other dishes
I would avoid the fried eggplant if you like traditional soft eggplant.
The 2 children took care of the BOQUERONES (mackerels) as well as the kids pasts (children’s menu)
On the paella, we are normally told to order first as it takes a while but here told to hold. I would suggest ordering as it did take some time and when served we were already full. Excellent and more than just for 2 especially if a few of you want a small plate.

I am sure we have left some dishes out but as you can see from the above, pretty much every dish was excellent .

Again I can’t thank Ana enough for her service and I made a point to mention her to the Owner and Manager.

Located in Arlington, follow direction laid out and especially where it says garage as the turn comes up fast. Remember to take your validation ticket to get stamped and there is a $2 charge when leaving (wish there was a way to pay ahead so you aren’t waiting on a small hill to exit).

A definite strong recommendation for outstanding food and service.

SER Restaurant is a very nice place, the food/drinks were delicious and the service was great. This was our first time going and definitely not a disappointment. The “Picoteo” serving are definitely good size. Delicious picoteo dishes we tried… Gambas Al Ajillo definitely is a MUST try ask for extra bread to dip in the garlic butter sauce (yummy). The croquetas de puchero, tortilla de patatas, cazón de adobo, and the papas bravas were delicious. My least favorite is puntillistas which is squid with potatoes to me it tasted overly smoked. The red and white sangria were good our table’s favorite was the white sangria. Server said the red is popular it’s definitely a lot more stronger in taste the white seemed lighter in taste.
For dessert I got a coffee cocktail “Nutty” which is a cold cocktail served in a martini glass it was delicious. My friend got the “Cuerenta y Tres - 43” which is a hot coffee cocktail the presentation was very cool. The desserts were really good we got the flan, soufflé, and goxua. Everything was delicious and our server was very attentive.

Many choices that closely mimic food in España 🇪🇸 - makes SER an excellent choice for fancy occasions or taking out guests or date night. They have seating spaced out indoors and covered outdoor seating - with pleasant upbeat music that enhances the ambience. Service was attentive and fast. The cheese board was a spectacular delight. We ordered several tapas which were all good and tasty. Drinks were flavorful and on the lighter side that goes well with the small plates. The Churros are excellent and a must for desert. SER is excellent for Spanish Tapas in the area and always delivers!

Amazing customer service. A chill ambiance, great food, fast service, good prices.
We had the -restaurant's week menu- and we weren’t disappointed at all. It was awesome.
They are doing a great job with Covid guidelines, outdoor and indoor seating.
I recommend this place. They have a lunch menu, happy hour, and a big wine selection.

I come here once a month, we always get served by Bryan. He knows what we like to eat and drink. Today he suggested us to try two new dishes, we had to repeat the dishes. I highly suggest this place.

SER never disappoints. I've been to dinner here multiple times over the years since SER opened - including their fabulous wine pairing dinners - and I feel so lucky to have this great restaurant in walking distance of my home. Dorada a la Sal is my favorite dish on the menu - make sure to get the tableside mashed potatoes as your side dish!
