weighing in on this highly controversial establishment, I was helped by Raj and she was quite polite and swift

update: today I was helped by Michael and he seemed polite enough. didn't say much but scanned my package swiftly and honestly that's good by my standards.

Friendly staff (I've never seen one of them grumpy). Pretty quick and fairly efficient. Only once in a while have I seen a line there. Generally, I'm in and out in 10 minutes.

I love going to this post office because everyone are so friendly , specially Michael and Richard . They are the best ! Always smiling and provides great customer service!

Maybe my expectations of post office customer service are low, but I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff here were, especially considering if was the week before Christmas and there was a constant flood of people in and out. The staff knew a lot of customers by name, were joking around with them, patient, and efficient. I was right on the cusp of whether things would make it on time for Christmas, and all the packages except one made it earlier than expected!
Minus one star for not having the full selection of cards and boxes that I've seen at other locations.

3 stars because: Richard is wonderful. Great customer service. Above and beyond. Deserves 5 stars.
However most of the time Michael has helped me and he is not friendly, doesn’t communicate well, chooses options for me, is generally not helpful and I usually leave very frustrated.
So, Richard, you are awesome thank you. Mike, please try and be more friendly.

This post office is in the strip center that time forgot. I needed to ship a package and luckily there were no lines so I was in and out. I did deduct a star as I had wanted to buy some 2 OZ forever stamps, but the USPS employee told me they didn't make them. Since I have some at home I know that they do. The next day I went to the Post Office in Clifton and picked up a sheet of what I needed. No explanation needed as to why the postal service is bankrupt.

Richard is the only reason I give this place 3 stars. The normal attendant Mike has got to be the most miserable postal worker I’ve ever met. Rude from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. I’d recommend putting someone else as your face.

Very small post office. Only two clerks. No machine to buy stamps or mail packages. The clerk was very friendly and I only had to wait 5 minutes.

They hoard the priority mail supplies - like tape and if you ask for them they give you attitude. We pay a premium for priority mail, supplies are supposed to be included.

I am giving this Post Office one star and and I would give zero if I could, because of one person which others have also mentioned. MIKE is the worst employee I have ever encountered and I am honestly not sure how he continues to be allowed to work with people at the counter. He is beyond rude, downright hostile. On top of that his incompetence and inability to type causes huge lines if he is the only one working. It takes him 10 minutes to type anything into the system. If it weren't for Mike, this place would be amazing because RICHARD is the total opposite and gets a huge shout out for friendliness, efficiency. Unfortunately lately it is usually just Mike working and the wait is 40 minutes and you' ll be rewarded with rudeness at the end of the wait.

I wish I could give this post office LESS than zero stars. It is the Absolute worst around. Slow. Inefficient and ineffective. One employee in particular is incapable of doing the job and is truly unpleasant and positively Rude. Just waited Forever and have had to leave. Unbelievably poor service!!!!
