Ashley is the best! My wife and I have been seeing her for almost ten years when she gave us a couples massage on our anniversary stay at Hotel Roanoke. We follow her to every location she moves to because she's that good. From the warming table to the personalized music selection (she found a Low-Fi channel for me), to the bottle of water at the end, this is my go-to birthday treat every year (and whenever else I can get in to see her). She has an amazing technique and knowledge of anatomy that finds knots in my muscles that I never knew existed. She's relaxed me so much that I have fallen asleep on multiple occasions. Once you have a session with Ashley, a massage anywhere else will not compare.

There is no one better at getting your body back in alignment, removing the knots and giving you an amazing experience. I have had many massages but she is hands down the best! I’ve had issues arise where a doctor thought surgery was needed. It ended up being muscle related due to my job (found this out thanks to Ashley and all of her knowledge) and she has helped me keep it in check. Her knowledge and understanding of how the body connects and works means she is more than a masseuse. A must have person if you want to move and feel your best!
