I own an event entertainment company, and Eagle Cleaners is the ONLY dry cleaner I will trust with our intricate high-end costumes. They know each costume and understand the level of detail and care that goes into each one. I feel like Cheers when I enter bc they greet me - and my costumes - like old friend each time we come in! I always know they are going to take the utmost care of my prized possessions. The costumes come back new and improved each time. I highly recommend them!

Matt took a 20 year old set of pleated curtains and made them look like new! He attends to every detail and takes great care with whites- silk, wool, linen, making sure they always look fresh and pristine.

He makes a point of knowing his customers, and every visit feels like catching up with a friend. It's a wonderful family business, the quality of service is impeccable, and the services are priced with investment in mind -- the exceptional care they provide to pieces we've brought in (e.g., down/comforters, stuffed animals) makes it a worthwhile investment. From stubborn stains to cat accidents, Eagle Cleaners handle all with expertise and care. We've never had a complaint; this establishment has won our trust. Highly recommend!

I would give Matt 6 stars if I could, he deserves it. I absolutely trust him with my most expensive items because I know he will personally make sure the job is done well. Don't hesitate, go now!

The other reviews are spot on. The owner Matt is ALWAYS friendly and remembers people. I brought a dress with a difficult stain and it came out perfectly. They are always on time. I think they are about average price wise but honestly, even if they were a bit more I would still go there as the customer service is unusually good. So many options in this area and this one is a gem. I moved from Arlington to McLean and still make the drive.

What an amazing little cleaner!
I was calling around the Falls Church/Tyson's area to find a REASONABLY priced wedding gown cleaning/preservation service. So many places here cost around $400-500 and I can't trust the mailing system to ship out my gown to an online service. I found Eagle Cleaners after searching everywhere and with such high reviews I decided to give them a call. Matt is so kind and said he charges quite reasonably so I decided to bring my dress in. My dress was so dirty (near-black) at the bottom (because you SHOULD have a blast at your wedding) and he charged me about ~$350 to clean and preserve my dress. He told me on the phone that depending on how dirty the dress is it starts around ~$250. So it'll really depend on how dirty or clean your dress is. But I appreciated that transparency.
About 2 weeks later I came in and it looked like brand new. It was amazing! The attention to detail and care he put in the scrub off the dirt and grime from the night was like magic!
He put my dress in a box with acid-free paper and then put that box in another box for added security. I already knew the process is not a cheap investment. So if you're looking at getting your gown cleaned and preserved (with a reasonable price) I definitely recommend this place!

Since then, I've been bringing my clothes and my husband's clothes in to get them cleaned and pressed. Matt will ask you if they need to be starched or not. And he said that if a button is lost they will replace it for free. Just so much care for a cleaners!

My only "con" (if you'd call it that) is compared to other cleaners that I have used before - his price for cleaning a dress is a bit expensive. BUT if price does not matter to you and attention to detail and care is your focus then it's so worth it.

Everytime I go in Matt remembers my name and I feel like I've known him for so long!

Best dry cleaner I've experienced in decades. Mat, the owner, remembered my name and shirt preferences after the first visit. Friendly, customer-service focused guy without being fake or overly effusive. Just a real, genuine human who cares. The quality of the cleaning is great. Only place in DC area that can actually starch my shirts properly. Mat's offered to come pick up our rugs for cleaning for free, too. He's sewn buttons on my shirt gratis in about 30 seconds. The cleaning plant is on premises, which makes a difference in both quality and speed. Prices aren't cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for here without question.

I was a customer at the Navy Federal that used to be next door and would see Eagle Cleaners. I had been using zips, but had a few items that I didn't want zips to touch because they were pricey and had a few bad stains and we all know zips isn't the greatest, riding around with me in my trunk. Well one day after leaving Navy Federal, I decided to take the items in my trunk to Eagle. Well, I went in and met the owner, who answered all of my questions about my items and was so weet and kind, and just overall educated me on the process. I really appreciated him and was blown away by the quality of work. Ive been a every since. Even though I live in NW DC, I make the drive here.

Eagle is easily the best all-around dry cleaner in north virginia. Matt knows everyone by name and treats everyone like family. great prices, amazing service including last minute fixes. A++

All cleaning is completed in house, customer service is excellent, and price point is lower than everyone else, at least for the comforter I had cleaned. Highly recommend.

Top notch service! Owner Matt is attentive to detail, friendly and always gets stains out of our clothing. Resident pet Emma the Meyer’s parrot is always there to greet customers. A favorite spot for our family, dry cleaning is a treat instead of a chore with my kids!

Amazing service! My brother and I on our way to a wedding needed an emergency dry cleaning. I called multiple multiple other drycleaners, no one said they could do it that fast. GREAT family-owned business. I needed a stain out of an expensive dress for same-day and they took it in to have it done in TWO HOURS. Normally I’m wary of same-day, but with everything operating in-house, this was one of the smoothest experiences. Highly recommend, especially for those who choose to support local.
