We have always enjoyed our visits with Dr Jennifer Boyd. Our new golden, Ruffles was enamored with her which is a good sign for future visits.

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Suburban for years. All the staff are fantastic, and Maxwell thinks Dr Boyd is the best!

It was my first time at Suburban Animal Hospital and my experience was excellent. Friendly staff greeting and checking out, Dr. Lee is also friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.

Dr. Boyd was very thorough in analyzing my dog's medical problem, was compassionate with me, and provided extremely prompt follow-up to facilitate an action-plan to address the problem (a tumor). The vet tech and staff were all very friendly and efficient, as well. Much appreciated!

The vet gave great care to our dog at her annual exam. She can be reactive and they were patient with her. This is the second dog we’ve taken to Suburban and they have been consistently attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

So please with the groomer - she does an amazing job with my puppies, especially Charlotte who fights her feet being touched with every once of her being! All staff were pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

We moved to Falls Church from Colorado 13 months ago with our high-maintenance, 11 year old, doodle. We found Suburban Animal Hospital online, read the reviews, and realized it was minutes from our new home. We have been very happy with all the doctors in the practice (at this point, we have seen virtually all of them at one time or another). Poor Lucy has had a couple surgeries, teeth cleaning and extraction, and lots of routine testing for her Cushing's diagnosis. The doctors and staff (both the technicians and the front desk staff) are skilled, friendly, and attentive and Lucy never balks at walking in the door of Suburban.

I had a great experience with Dr. Lee. I took my dog in for one thing, and we discussed a couple of other 'one-offs' that could be impacting the problem with my dog. She was very helpful, took the time she needed to with me, and made my dog feel not so nervous.

I wanted to take a moment to give our veterinarian Dr. Kelly McGrath a shout out. We have been taking both our dogs to her exclusively since we moved to the Falls Church area a little over 2 years ago and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

We got a puppy (just turned 2!) who has been one hell of a handful constantly eating everything she could get her mouth on and struggled with a UTI and incontinence as a puppy and Dr. McGrath went out of her way more times than I can could on hands and feet to help us and reassure us of the path forward. Honestly I can't fathom how we would of survived without her through this process. We have since made it through and our puppy is a strong health teen doggo and its all thanks to the amazing work she put in.

I have had animals my entire 30+ years I have been on this green earth and I have yet to find a single vet who has cared as deeply about their clients as Dr. McGrath has about my pets. She is the vet who comes to my mind when someone says "I want a vet who treats my animals like it was their own."

Had a great first visit at Suburban. We recently adopted a puppy (first time owning a dog) and Dr. McGrath took her time to explain everything to us. We learned a ton and are so grateful! I left feeling more empowered in my ability to own a dog. :)

Very friendly staff. A little bit on the pricey side with visits and preventive care, but the overall care for your pet is excellent. Highly recommend to anybody in the area who had pets.

Great staff. Clean and nice lobby. Vet actually told me prices of items herself! Unneeded but refreshing. Good fast care. Responsive to calls and email. Looking forward to being a client for years.

Annual checkup for my senior dog was a great experience. The vet and tech were knowledgeable and compassionate. They clearly love taking care of animals and also know how to help their people.

Had our annual appointment this Friday. Even after I moved to a different area, I still drive back to suburban for our appointments. They remember their fur babies - and are so caring and thorough in looking after them. I really appreciate them!!

The staff is always incredibly kind, calm, and patient with our dog Scooby, who is completely blind. We absolutely love how patient and thorough Dr. Casper is every time we see her.

Suburban Animal Hospital is the best! Everyone is friendly and efficient. The front desk staff is helpful and offers appointment times for any schedule. Dr. Halbert is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. My dog and I are both high maintenance, and everyone at Suburban Animal Hospital is always willing to listen to my concerns and help us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vet!

Everyone at this clinic is amazing. Warm, friendly, and skilled. And they have convenient appointment times. Even my dog is happy to come here. Ryn is the best bet tech! It’s clear she loves animals. Dr. shah has the best bedside manner. So glad I switched practices!

Highly recommend Dr. Boyd, who has cared for my dog for many, many years. She is wonderful with my dog, very responsive with follow-up notes, and always provides and explains options for treatment.

My Wife and I would like to express our sincere thanks to the staff and Dr. Haviland for the outstanding care given to our cat Noddy over these many months and years who pass away peacefully at your hospital at 6879 Lee Highway. We will never forget your kindness. A Merry Christmas to you all. Thanks so much for the sympathy card, we really appreciated it.
