The UPS Store

At the UPS store Allen-Michael was so knowledgeable and professional when helping me. He explained what I needed to know and knew what to tell me with out my even having to ask everything. He was a pleasure to work with and I will only be using the UPS store at East Fair Lakes, in Fairfax VA. I have noticed that not all stores are equal. This store is honest and does the right thing by their customers.
Thank you for helping me send my daughter something special along with my Aunt. Oh and the other representative was very nice and polite too.

I had a fantastic experience at UPS store! I called before arriving, and the person treated me with kindness and answered all my questions. At the store, I was treated with service and professionalism! The music was lovely, and Michael helped me with everything I needed quickly!

Came for notary service. Quick, no-nonsense, straight-forward (when the banks wouldn’t budge claiming “VA law”, which, one member in our party being a lawyer himself, knew not to be the case with this set of documentation). Much-appreciated. Thank you!!!

Been going here for years and have always had a great experience. The team knows how to take care of business and is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Whether you’re packing and shipping, or using the mailbox service or even printing invitations, this UPS store is the perfect spot. Highly recommend it!

This is my favorite UPS location in the area! Always friendly staff, especially today 10.24.23 1:26pm the associate with glasses went above and beyond to help me return a package to dyson.

Amazing customer service!! I came to get my daughters first birthday signs made and I knew it was going to take awhile to print and cut everything. They were very patient with me when I had questions and helped a ton. I went prepared with all my documents in a file folder on my phone and that helped speed up the process!! As I was there I was able to witness a bunch of people enter and exit the store and the employees were always very helpful.. even when customer after customer came in unprepared. Highly recommend this store and will come back for all my printing and shipping needs!

This is the most helpful someone has been to me in any kind of postal/parcel service. Alex has been patient and super helpful, he's been awesome the whole time. From correcting the address on my package to making sure to answer all my concerns with the delivery, overall, an amazing experience.

I had decided to give my grandmother's sewing machine to my quilter cousin, but wanted it to arrive in an ideal condition. Boy, didn't expect them to treat it with such TLC! It's how I would want to be treated if they shipped me...

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and have always had a pleasant experience at this store. Rian and Alex always greet me by name as soon as I walk in and provide the best service with my mailbox and shipping needs. It feels like your neighborhood shipping store.

This is my go-to UPS store! The staff are so incredibly friendly and efficient! They manage the crowds well and are cheerful while they do it. I go out of my way to go to this UPS store over the others nearby.

This has been my “go to” UPS store for years. Honestly, it’s my “go to” shipping store of any kind. Everyone there is extremely helpful, professional friendly. They go out of their way to make it easy for you to not only ship, but print and a number of other services. There are times that I simply email them photos, and they will print them out, let me know when they’re done and have them ready for me when I arrive. Rain is especially helpful. When I revised my Will recently, he notarized, printed and emailed it to me. I also buy a significant amount of stuff off of Amazon, their bulk return service is so helpful. I don’t have to box it up, I just bring it in let them scan the code and we’re done. I saw a previous review about that service, and I don’t know what that woman is talking about, everyone who ships their stuff back to Amazon knows that you have to call Amazon with any problems, not UPS. They only do the shipping, and they do it efficiently and professionally. Also, I can’t tell you how often I have forgotten or lost a label, and they have been so kind as to just simply let me email it to then and they print it or they scan it from my phone. They don’t nickel and dime you, either. The cost is the cost and don’t charge for something like printing the label. They have saved me many times. Thank you for the support

I love this UPS store. I moved to the area (from Seattle) 18 months ago. I have used this store since my move for my PO Box mail box address until I found a permanent place and permanent address.Also, I use this store to deliver all my packages. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They handle all my packages with great care, and they are always ready and willing to answer any and all of my questions. I came here to take my passport photo and mail my old passport and renewal application. Riain was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, careful with details, and efficient. This is a well-run office, fully staffed, and I didn’t have to wait for more than a few minutes despite there being other customers before me.

Staff makes any shipping request simple and they break down your options. The interior of the store is meticulously clean.

This place is fantastic! Usually I hate going to the UPS stores because my closet store has a policy of charging five dollars to print a shipping label. Madness. This store nothing but good vibes. I got a label printed at no charge. Raine even went as far as to email the label to the store on my behalf. The store has a great group of professionals. I will continue to drive out of my way to give this location my business.

My first time using this UPS store and it surely won’t be my last. Rienne (Ryan) was excellent to work with - great customer service - top notch employee!. The shop was clean and very organized. I highly recommend going to this location for all of your shipping needs.

Literally walked in there to ship two shoe size boxes out yesterday around 6:42. There were two gentleman working at the time, one was helping a client and the other quickly got up to assist me. I let him know I had to ship two boxes out I had one box all sealed up and ready to go, the other still needed the package slip to be put on top, he said don't worry Ill take care of it, gave me my tracking number and I was all set. Literally took 1 minute. Time is so valuable to me and to have someone assist me quickly and promptly is the best experience I could ask for. I'll be shipping things out of here repeatedly, I will be sure to update as I go along.

I have always had the most pleasant experience with Riain and Alex at the UPS Fairlakes store. They are extremely professional in dealing with all my requests in a gracious and timely manner.
