Dairy Queen Roanoke VA. is excellent! Great service and the staff are always pleasant! The food is excellent and served quickly. Dairy Queen is always clean and well maintained. Always a pleasant experience!

Been awhile since we been in a dairy queen.
It's a shame the one in bedford sold out and the name changed

It's Dairy Queen, their ice cream is always great and that's all I ever get!
Drive thru is slow though.

It took about 25 to 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru when I went through there it was well worth it Don't get me wrong I absolutely found my new favorite blizzard the Oreo hot chocolate it is phenomenal I got a cheeseburger with some cheese curds they were very very delicious but it just took so long to get through drive-thru

One of the better DQ’s I’ve been to. Cool inside on a hot day. Fairly recent remodel. Food order was correct and tasted good. Served in a timely manner.

My visit was nice! Everything went as it should. Employees were pleasant. The order was accurate and hot. The 2 for $5 was affordable, which is awesome in today's prices. The restaurant was clean. Thanks DQ!

Riding motorcycle today and decide to stop for a burger and blizzard.
Watching as I was waiting I saw service on counter to say we will bring it out but they yell for someone to get their food or dairy treats.
Once the inside line had become a bit longer and you could not tell who had ordered. A few walk outs and the problem that you are hearing teenagers yelling at each other in the back of kitchen area. Loud sound of someone banging a tray against the preparation counter. It was a definite loudness that I could possibly do without.

But I like DQ and I enjoy the food and treats.
So you can wait for the line by talking to someone who is waiting too. You can possibly make friends and it will be a good time.

I generally use the drive-thru, but the inside has been clean when I visited before. Sometimes a little slow, but nice workers and product what you expect.

I have to say y'all probably the best dairy Queen I've been to in a long time. The food was hot and fresh and the cashier was very friendly. Definitely will be back again sometime soon.

Our go-to when we need something cold and sweet, and sometimes for food too. Currently they are drive-thru only and lines at this particular location tend to get backed up, even when it's not scorching hot outside, but it has never affected the quality and I am happy to wait for that reason alone.

The best Dairy Queen we've eaten at in a long time. Great service, good food, and very clean. We had the western BBQ $5 buck lunch. What a great deal as it has a full size burger, fries, drink, and a small Sunday. Definitely recommend this place if you're in the area and want a very good quick bite. Bathrooms were clean too.

This is the best Dairy Queen in the area in my experience. They generally have adequate staffing (even if they have to close the dining room on occasion, the drive-thru is adequately staffed), they are friendly and quick and they deliver that traditional Dairy Queen faire as well as any you've visited.

Extremely busy night!! Just right for a chilli dog, fries & a Mt. Dew!! Ohh! And a chocolate sundae with nuts of course!

The crew here is always helpful, pleasant, and eager. I have been several times over the last few months and enjoy their service. You won't hear a complaint from me at lunch or dinner time. Everything thing made fresh to order!

They were VERY short staffed… The manager was doing a fine job, and he was not getting impatient or stressed out! We heard him tell someone that he was gonna do the best with what he had… We need more managers like that!

Had my first blizzard and I'm 66 years old and it was awesome

I loved the food and the service with a smile made it a great experience. I almost went to McDonald's but changed my mind when the Wi-Fi wouldn't work and chose Dairy Queen instead. I'm so glad I did because I had forgotten how good the food was here! My 2-year-old enjoyed it too... No toy needed
