Kaylee was very nice! I had bought a game that ended up having a defective sticker on the back (I didn't notice till after I threw away the receipt). I explained and came prepared with photos of the game not working, but she didn't need any of it. She apologized and gave me another copy (working) of the game :]

The crew working was helpful. I witnessed 2 individuals working the floor helping multiple customers. Its like they could sense when a customer had a question but wasn't asking. Also it didn't smell like armpit like most gamestops do.

Staff is very knowledgeable. Store is busy most of the time, but they always keep a professional demeanor. Store is usually stocked, and if they are missing something, they will have it ordered quickly.

Amazing service from Hailey - hope I spelled her name right. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, responsive and attentive. The store is open crazy early - 8am - good selection of action figures at good prices. If you join their Pro Program for $15 a year you get WAY more than that back in savings. I probably saved $40 today so I already got my money back. Great location, plenty of free parking. Store was neat, clean, well lit and well designed. This will be one of my must visit stores for 1/6 action figures I use in my diorama photography. (They do get busy so my advice is go early.)

Absolutely love this place, always having amazing cashiers and the checkout And having awesome conversations with them! The variety of things here is spectacular, lots of games, consoles, etc

While employees change, this GameStop is clean, quick, efficient, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of. It's easy to get dragged down by poor experiences but their energy is really refreshing.

They seem to always have what I am looking for. I haven't been disappointed yet. Knowledgeable and very easy to work with. My headset broke, bought another cheap one like it, it didn't work right. They took it back, no problems and I bought a better one that my friend had mentioned and were well informed on it.

The 3 guys working during my visit where incredibly kind and helpful!! The gentlemen who was working with me found what I was looking for online and where gonna get it sent out to me however the computer kept freezing. They where very patient and tried to make it work but I had places to be so am going to order it on my own. Gamestop is lucky to have such kind workers who put every effort into their jobs!

I've been coming to this GameStop since it was built. Over the years, even though it's one of the smaller stores, it has one of the best selections. It has been my go to even after moving to Silverdale for the fact that I have preferred the employees and light customer traffic that it gets. I also tend to have quicker more meaningful interactions with the employees here as they seem to be more knowledgeable. Not to say they also don't have their harsher moments but its rare and only during times which they have been busy and trying to tend to multiple people at once while making sure no one is overly neglected. This is my first GameStop and will always be my favorite.

Clean Store, like really clean. Friendly staff that doesn't mind answering questions and will let you know about deals if there are any. Will also let you know what you can pre-order. Great selection of toys and games. Glad onw of the few game stores around here is a good one with nice people running it.

Tonight you made my son’s wildest dream come true! Mario Maker 2 has been the talk of his life for months and you guys are amazing for making him the happiest I’ve ever seen him! Thank you so much for letting him feel like his “expected behavior” tickets from school earned this for him, his confidence and happiness is through the roof! He has developmental delays and other conditions that really make him struggle and you showed him his hard work pays off! I can’t express my full gratitude in words, thank you!
