As soon as i walked in i was helped immediately!
Shannon Daugherty was able to find exactly what i wanted. I was shopping for a special gift for my neice who is retiring from the US Navy with 27 years of active duty service! The gift is perfect! Shannon cleaned the diamond earrings and gift wrapped it for me! I am so happy that i have the perfect gift for my neice’s retirement ceremony!

Stopped in to browse and had an excellent experience. Steve Perry was the associate that assisted my husband and I and I would highly recommend him! He is very personable and knowledgeable, will definitely be coming back.

I came in to see my old friend Maria and brought with me a good friend who accidentally threw away a pair of diamond earrings we were there to replace them and after talking to Maria. She confessed that she hadn’t had any good sales for a while so when my friend brought her earrings, I bought a pair also to increase the size of the ones I had on. It was good to see Maria. She’s one of a kind.

I was met by representative. Her name was Penny, and she had found exactly what I was looking for which was a chain that for my girlfriend‘s necklace and it worked out perfectly. She was very good and considerate for what I was looking for thank you.

Penny delivers outstanding customer service here. She helped solve my jewelry problems and added some wish list items in at the same time for future purchases. She's genuine, relatable and trustworthy. I am thankful to have her in my corner when I come to Ben Bridge!

We went to Ben Bridge for a wedding ring. Penny was so helpful, I wasn’t able to find anything I liked in the case, but after explaining to her what I was looking for she assured me they could create it and do it within my budget. She listened to what I wanted, gave me lots of ideas and never tried to push anything on me. I left that day super comfortable that Penny knew exactly what I wanted. 6 days later I got the call my ring was ready and it is absolutely perfect! She nailed it! It’s so beautiful, and so sparkly! The quality of Ben Bridge is so clear in all their pieces! I just find myself staring at it during the day and get so many compliments on it! Penny was amazing, I cannot recommend her enough. She has earned a forever customer in me!

From amazing food dishes while waiting to great conversations had with my Ben Bridge family. Today I left with a new Hamilton Explorer and am stoked to get it out on the mountain! Friendly and very courteous, both when I dropped my ring for resizing and picking it up. A true pleasure doing business with them and their security officer is a true gem, pun intended.

I took in a broken bracelet on a Seiko and the crew at Ben Bridge Tacoma helped me out and fixed it while I waited. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I was met by a lovely guard at my car door with an umbrella. A sales representative met me at the door with a smile and I was pointed right to the section I needed. The wait was very quick and Ms.Tolbert was so helpful in finding my new pair of princess cut diamond studs. I love Ben Bridge for this very reason.
