I love it there

I stopped in for cold beverages (looking for ocean spray cran grape but no luck) and to use the restroom. I had two orders, Nate helped me with the first one with beverages and she had excellent customer service, very nice and helpful. The second cashier (didn't take a look at his name tag sorry) was a young man and very polite and professional. Thank you two for having such good attitudes! It was a pleasant first stop in tacoma (we took a day trip from Clallam county) we appreciate you.

Doesn't make food on Sundays, weird. Some employees are flat out rude.

Don’t go here for gas. I had to because I was pressed for time and I needed $5 cash back to buy something on offerup. The gas prices were outrageous compared to other gas stations in Tacoma but I needed to buy something in order to get the $5 I needed. The machine kept declining me. I checked my bank account and I had over $200 in it there was no reason that it should have declined me. The lady said if I bought something else not just gas it should work. That doesn’t make sense to me but I tried anyway and it still declined me. I had to use the atm instead and pay a $3 fee for cash back and sure enough it worked fine in the atm.
It wasted so much time I didn’t even end up getting gas.

I'm a us service member I broke down at this store. Phone was dead I asked to plug in a phone outside so I could call for help I was told "it's Jackson's policy we can't help you"
"It's not my fault to u guys keep starting wars"
Apparently Jackson's policy is to not help customers and to blatantly disrespect the military. DISGUSTING BOYCOTT THIS PLACE
