Hunter and Patrick showed up first thing this morning when our water stopped last night out of the blue. was concerned that it may be a well pump issue, but they guys found that it was just a relay that cost 45$ to repair, then ran back to their shop and came back to fill up the salt hopper. The guys couldnt have been more personable and friendly. Clearly knew exactly what they were doing and got us up and running again in under an hour. I've now got bi yearly service set up with them as well. Calling the office to pay my bill was also easy and friendly as well. good group of people. you just got yourself a new loyal customer.

I called over the Christmas to NYE break, but they were closed. Spoke to someone in the office this morning and they were able to come out the same day, I was impressed. The crew came out and was able to diagnose our well issue and we have a plan for repair. Unfortunately with all the wet weather recently, we're getting a lot of surface water in our well and there's an issue with a seal. The technicians were polite and explained the issues since this is our first time living with a well. We will have them out again once the water table drops a bit and a repair can be made.

Royall Pump & Well is the only company who looked into our water issues comprehensively to find root cause of the contamination when the other companies we brought for quotes proposed expensive whole house filtration solutions and UV that would have helped short term but involved expensive consumables and maintenance, for roughly the same price point.

In the course of the recommended more in-depth inspections, we discovered that the bored well that had been supplying the property when we purchased was toast for several reasons, and completely irreparable. We contracted with Royall to solve our problem - by installing a new deep well and all new lead-free water handling components - and I'm happy to report that they have.

Even though it took some time for scheduling and to mobilize equipment, Denise and Natasha at the office were always prompt to answer questions and manage requests appropriately, and Josh made sure everything went off without a hitch once we got to on-site work.

The crew was careful when digging and trenching to look out for underground structures. On an old property, new to us, we knew there would be some surprises. When they did find or strike something trenching, they were quick to either avoid or repair, no problem and no additional cost to us. The prices are fair and the service they provided is totally white glove. They showed up when they said they would and completed work on schedule. Everyone we encountered was personable and friendly, and kind to our kids when they were interested in the work going on and watching the big drilling rig, occasionally peppering everyone with questions - This meant so much to me.

We have tested our water regularly since completion of work a few months ago and it is absent the lead, nitrates/nitrite that were present before. We can finally trust the water to be safe for our young children and for our livestock and stop hauling in filtered water. We are so thankful for Royall and their expertise, fairness, and giving us some peace of mind back. Great customer experience and will use them for any future water needs, and recommend them highly.

The techs who showed up were extremely professional and knowledgeable. After the issue was diagnosed, they corrected the problem. Great customer service and experience. I called Royall the morning after our well pump stopped working and they had a service tech here by early afternoon. Very knowledgeable techs who found the problem immediately (not the pump!) and we had water in 20 minutes. Great local Powhatan company with full well and filter services.

When my water went out they came out the same day, within 4 hours and I was a new customer! They diagnosed and installed a new pump. They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable and provided excellent service from the both the office staff and technicians. I highly recommend!!!

We could not be more pleased with the service we have received from Royall. Both times we have used them for our rental property, the response has been quick, the hourly rates were explained before work commenced, the problem addressed and fixed and I received a follow up call to discuss the issue. Not only are the office staff helpful and courteous but the service technician Paul was so friendly and seemed happy to respond to our problem even though it was on a Saturday and a few days before Christmas. I called and scheduled for service for a terrible noise from one of my whole house filters for my house. They scheduled me and showed up in the four hour time frame they had given. The two tech's worked the entire time and went above and beyond to make sure the system was corrected and working 100% properly. Thanks for the good work.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They have performed emergency service on a weekend, made repairs, and installed a water treatment system for us. Prices are fair, work is excellent, service is prompt, and they know their stuff. A long term local company that simply does business the right way. Could use some more like that.

Called for emergency repair. They ariived within one hour and made the repairs needed quickly. They had everything to make repair on their truck. Technicals where friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced a well pump and pressure tank on one of my properties.

My well pump went out at our barn suddenly Friday afternoon. It was about 85 degrees, my animals were hot and thirsty, and we were leaving for vacation the next day.
