USA Leak Detector

My main water line was leaking 10 gallons/hour and increasing. I called a plumber who walked the property, but did not look for the leak. They said to call USA Leak Detector. I called USA leak detector. USA leak Detector sent two guys who listened for the leak and found it in minutes. Since they pinpointed the leak so quickly, they asked me to post this review in lieu of paying their fee. Excellent work.

This company was great. I had called them and David had done a great job in assisting me with information. Khalil and Steve were also amazing. Report was detailed! Would Highly Recommend!

USA Leak Detector is AWESOME. We worked extensively with Steve, Jose, David and their team. We first used them for leak detection. They were able to find that we had a large leak in the in the slab of our floor. Unfortunately the only way to repair that was to open up the floor into the slab or re-route our entire piping system. I had reached out to 4 different plumbers to get their opinion on options and estimates. USA Leak Detector had significantly better prices and was able to do the job in 2 days vs everyone else said it would take 5 days or more. We also had asbestos in the walls which made everything more complicated. They were able to find us an affordable and reliable asbestos abatement company. They were always so easy to get in touch with and were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be recommending them to all of our friends and family that need plumbing services. We are so grateful for USA Leak Detector and can now relax knowing we have all new pipes in the house and everything was done well

Had 2 other national leak detection companies come in and claim the found the leak only to have the same problems over and over again. I decided to go with a local company and found USA leak detector nearby and gave them a call. Steve was really helpful and squeezed me in the same day. Really smart and professional guys showed up and found my leak in under a hour. I don’t know how they did it, like they had a 6th sense or something lol, but it felt like they already knew where it was and walked right over to it. If anyone has dealt with similar issues like this then you know how much of a headache it is dealing with all the different things that come with what seems like a simple issue(it’s not). These guys are the real deal and get the job done when literally nobody else could. Wish I would have called them first but glad I didn’t have to call 3 more companies to find the leak. Don’t waste your time and money calling anyone else and get your leak issues solved quickly and the first time. You’ll be happy you called!

USA Leak Detection was quick getting to work, locating the underground line, and the exact spot where it was leaking. They followed up getting the parts and fixed it faster than I expected. Keep up th good work.

Professional technicians friendly, my house is about two Acres, and 350 foot between meter and the house, they find the leak in 15 minute, amazing, in 30 min they detected the leak and fix it.

they delayed report even though we have a heavy leaking we called three days for it.
One person filed claim to us for unsafety storage to fire department after they came to our facility .
they did not do their own job instead of giving their customer problem.
don't contact them if you have water issue for business

Contacted this business and scheduled an appointment to service my commercial property at 9:00am, they never showed up to my property. When I called at 9:18am to confirm they were still coming the man that answered sounded like he just woke up! He stated he would give me a call back to confirm where the tech was, now 9:50am I called again, a different man answered the phone he stated he did not know who I talked to even though I gave him the mans name, he also stated there was no appointment made, he started raising his voice with me and contesting me, absolutely no respect for customers and horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS BOGUS COMPANY.
