7-Eleven

Most 7-Eleven pit stops aren’t particularly pleasurable, but my quick stop at this 7-Eleven store was immeasurably bettered by the kindest cashier ever! She was sweet, intuitive, and incredible helpful. She helped me find many items and quickly directed my friend to the bathroom when we walked in (and not a moment too late). I wanted to leave a review to suggest that this woman (who was maybe in her 20s?) who wore a plain purple mask and had her hair in braids and a top knot most definitely deserves a raise! :)

Sometimes we get Gas or should say my Wife does. She has been going & getting us slushies. It's been so Hot She found a slushie to drink with Her Beer. So put half of Your pina colada in another cup & pour Your cold beer on it. Well still tip Your glass or cup. Drink w/straw. She said it's delicious. My Own invention. Hope You try & Enjoy!

I patronize five 7-Eleven stores all located near Hesperian Blvd. in either Hayward or San Leandro and the best one is on Hacienda in San Leandro.

Workers are cool & always have whatever I'm looking for but they get 4 stars because I hate going there in the middle of the night & they're "cleaning" but really are closed. Like right now it's 2:26 in the morning & walking there hoping they're open. I tried calling but no answer.

They have fidget spinner for 10 $

2 cashiers are horrible one tried sneaking in an extra item in my total. Had her take the extra item off. Then the other cashier another time took an extra dollar from me. Total was 13 and some change gave him 15 and didnt give back the extra dollar. I wonder how many people haven't caught this.

The rest of the workers are good though. Its just the older lady and the tall young male cashier need better training.

This is a 76-gas station too. Pulled up to pump/#8. Filled up my tank ($13). Pump did not tender a receipt (I heard the internal wheels turning but no receipt). Went to indoor register and I asked the cashier for a duplicate receipt. He had no idea what I asked him (middle eastern gentleman?). He asked me to repeat, which I did. He still did not understand me. So, then he called over a co-worker, who (finally) understood what I wanted. So, he printed out the dupe receipt. It was strange to have someone in a customer service/cashier position that didn't understand english? It was a very inconvenient stop for me. Which is why I gave 2-stars. I won't return. I did not feel comfortable in this 7-11.

It’s 3am, I bought $2.50 coffee and gave the cashier $10 bill. (I had $20 on gas, $10 on coffee) I had a ZoneOut look and slow response, so he gave me my change of $2.50. I challenged him about it and he said I gave him $5 bill. I got my $7.50. Beware of these guys.
