Elle was amazing. She helped my stepson who was in Richland get is phone back in working order. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. So grateful for her help.

Caitlyn was very helpful in the upgrading of my iPhone. They had good stock of merchandise, the store looked clean and well put together. I definitely consider this my preferred local store.

Came in for a tech question and the staff, Marc, was able to convince me to upgrade my phone. If that is not a quality of a good salesman, I don’t know what is. He was great, friendly and knowledgeable.

Caitlyn knows her stuff. After 3 calls to Verizon and 2 hours texting a bot, I went to the store. Caitlyn cleared up my problem, offered solutions and fixed it on the spot.

Loved the experience of shopping for my new phone at this store. No wait, happy wait-staff. Our representative, Nae, was delightful: personable, professional & knowledgeable. She was patient & courteous when I returned later on in the day with my various questions. She made me feel as though I can call her with any future problems I might encounter. This is a sales rep you need to not only appreciate, but hold onto with both hands!

Switched back to Verizon after no cell signal since Jan 3 from Page Plus. The Verizon Rep. who assisted me was Jess. She was informative, kind, courteous, cute, and helped me tremendously through this process. Great Service Jess ! ;-)

It was noon on a Sunday. The manager was busy with two other customers, but took the tome to greet me as I entered the store. When my turn came she was very courteous and efficient in transferring my SIM card to a new phone my sister had given me, changing my account settings and loading the new phone data from my icloud backup.

Overall the service was the best I have received in a long time. The store manager is a real.asset to Verizon. I plan to use this store for all of my future needs and to highly recommend it to my friends and neighbors.

Josiah was extremely helpful, patient and well informed regarding all Verizon services. He made the hair pulling task of updating our sim details seem breezy. I felt confident in his ability to see us through the task at hand. I was ready to switch services but his expertise made me hang on to Verizon just one more time.

The crew was very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. Best experience I have ever had in that store ever!
