Multiple calls in a two day period , nobody returned my calls?!? What kind of business doesn’t return crucial attorney needed calls? Talked to two women and a man with poor English that I needed an attorney that spoke Vietnamese, not a call back ever happened. Sad business practices here … avoid

I don’t ever write poor reviews but this really upset me. I had called 3 days ago needing help with a POA. After explaining my situation the receptionist wasn’t too sure that they could help. She asked for my info but I was reluctant on giving it to her seeing as I didn’t want to waste their time or mine. I told the receptionist that I’ll just call somewhere else but she insisted on getting my info so she could find out and give me a call back. She really seemed like she wanted to help but clearly they forgot about me because I never got a call back. The POA I needed was urgent too. A call back would’ve been appreciated regardless if they couldn’t help. Luckily I was able to find assistance elsewhere.
