My grocery shopping experience has never been better until I started shopping online and picking up at the store. The staff are quick and attentive and they made my grocery shopping a lot more easier. Thank you guys!

He went out of his way to help me find a product and then remembered me and came by to say hi on one of my future visits. His smile lights up the room and his customer service is incredible. Good location, However this target has brand new ULTA store built in. They also have multiple parking spots and Drive up parking spaces for your. Customer service always has good efficient for return and in-store pick up. 👍

At my Target the staff is always friendly and helpful. I usually find what I want and feel safe shopping there.

Great experience at this target, especially impressed by the assistance I received from staff when I couldn’t find things - easy to find the employees and they took me right to the items I needed.

Target’s Optical department here just replaced my eyeglass nosepads — they were super fast and nice and charged me nothing, even though I hadn’t purchased my glasses from them originally. A great experience all around!

I purchased a bedroom alarm clock, but I really wanted was a bedroom clock radio with alarm. I returned the alarm clock to the store. With the Target email for returns it was incredibly easy. I was in and out of the store in a matter of a minutes.

Drive up experience was fantastic. Employe who delivered the groceries to my vehicle was friendly and nice. Target prices are not bad either. like it's probably 5% more expensive than Wal-Mart. Overall great experience at this target and I would definitely go back their to shop more items in future.

Pristine store and extremely helpful and pleasant people. My experience in this store had always been great and I keep coming here even though this is not my closest Target store.

I absolutely love this location! I’ve been to many Targets, and this one is one of my favorites. The store is always clean, the selection of products is great, the friendliness of the staff is incomparable. I always end up leaving with more things that I planned to buy!

My experiences with the drive-up service at multiple northern Virginia Target stores have been consistently excellent, with accurate orders and prompt drive-up delivery. (However, I do keep forgetting to check that pesky plastic-bag tax where I am tentatively charged for 10 bags--is it correctly adjusted to the right quantity?)

Very clean! It's easy to find what you are looking for because there is staff everywhere in the store to help you. I was very impressed by the helpful staff!!! It was my first time being in that store and I will surely go back when I need something.

Their New Drive up Returns is very efficient and easy I would highly recommend using it! It’s similar to regular drive ups and they’d show up before you know it!

This store was very well organized and not at all chaotic one week before Christmas. I usually visit a nearby Target and often have trouble finding inventory, but this one was well-stocked and organized. I expect that is challenging at any time but a week before Christmas was really impressive

Convenience, quality, service!! I ordered online and picked up at my local store. It was much easier, faster and more pleasant than I expected. I was relieved because this was a somewhat popular item that I wanted for a gift. I purchased it at night and picked up the next day from a friendly and professional customer service employee. Not sure if Target had drive up pick ups before the pandemic but I love the option. I went to Target today with my dog in the car and I felt safer staying in the car, and not leaving my dog alone. The store attendant who came out made the process easy and greeted me with a cheery attitude.
