Five Below

This store is better than other stores in Virginia. It had a lot of variety of kid's choices and games.

The store is clean and well kept and I even had an associate ask me if I needed help with anything. This is something that I never see at other locations.

Really cool variety of stuff and very kind and helpful employees. Bought a cute pair of sandals and everything video game related that a 9 year old boy could want along with some practical household items.

Brand new branch. Super clean and staff is friendly. They even take care when people are opening boxes and just leaving them everywhere.
The place is very organized and clearly labeled.
There are many self checkout spots and there’s also a cashier to help if you don’t want to use them.

Honestly this was one of the best experiences I've had in any retail store, the store manager was very kind and helping, I was able to get my product quick and easily. The store is very organized and
the items were in the right category, I can't say the same for other stores I've visit but I'm glad I was able to find this one, differently gonna come again.

Recently stopped in for a few items and received excellent customer service. We were helped by a gentleman named Bon at checked out when we had a issue checking out. He was extremely helpful and made the checkout process a breeze.

Place is full of new products that will attract kids
